I just tried to call this branch and couldn't get a hold of a person if my life depended on it! I literally called about 15 times and each time the automated system said, "Our representatives are busy with other clients. Please call back another time." Then hung up on me.
When people call your freaking branch, THEY WANT TO TALK TO A PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or at lease remain on hold.

We went to open an account and the bank was empty. All of them sitting doing nothing and she said they are busy. We have to come back another day or tomorrow plus an attitude when we decide to leave she didn’t even bother to say let me see what’s going on she kept saying they’re busy was customers and it was no customers but us. Baaad

I couldn’t make a same day appointment and took my chance by walking in. Needed to open an account for my dad. The front lady ( I didn’t get her name) was very friendly and accommodating by helping me set of an appointment for that hour. And the banker DeAnne, who helped my dad opened the account, she was very helpful and professional. Everyone there is very friendly. Great experience!

Walked in with no appointment due to a busy schedule, i needed a business account opened. A lovely lady DeAnna c Poser had to reschedule an appointment to accommodate my banking needsShe was amazing and very very helpful and i must say very knowledgeable as well.

I should have believed the other reviews. 2:15 on a Tuesday afternoon and Ive been sitting in the drive through for 12 minutes with no movement, three cars back.

I used to use this bank branch when running errands since it's close to all the shops I frequent. Making a left hand turn onto Rochester Rd is a hassle so I try to visit when I am heading north and not back south to the horrible Troy School District area where the trashy president of the school board is stalking me Yelp.

This is one of the worst Chase bank I have been encountered, Jackie the teller, seems to really hate her job. She didn't greet me but gave me an attitude right away. I came to deposit a check, and I happen not to have my checking account so I gave her my Chase credit card and my ID and she told me that I should give her my debit card and she gave me a "look" right away and when I try to write down the checking account in the back of the check she took the check right away and stamp it with an attitude. I hate to say this, but I really never had good customer service from Chase Bank but this location just the worst.

Bank was good and teller was very quick and helpful, but this only has a drive thru ATM. There is no walk up ATM in the vicinity.
