Worst salon I have ever been to. Color does not stick. Had no idea she used a temporary color. Would not refund me since it's been over a week. How the heck was I suppose to know she used a temporary color rather than the permanent color I wanted? Never coming here again.Refund policy needs to protect the customers, not screw them over.Service: Hair coloring

I came in for the first time a few weeks ago and asked for a cool toned balayage. I left with my entire ends/half up my head bleached blonde. I was able to go back and have it fixed which was nice, but now 2 weeks later my hair is back to what it originally looked like before I even went to the salon (the color did not stick) and it looks absolutely horrible and is now fried and unhealthy. Very unhappy with the money and time I spent -- and now I have to go to another salon to have it fixed and pay again.Service: Hair colouring

Took my daughters to get a trim! Bella did an amazing job on their hair. I'm quite picky as they have semi curly hair. She was awesome with my kids and down to earth! I'm sort of bummed that today was her last day, as I wanted her to do mine as well. I wish her the best on her next journey!

Been going to this salon for 6 years and I always see Bella. I trust her with my hair and every time she has done a phenomenal job. I have curly hair and she knows how to treat/ color my hair without damaging it. The salon overall is super cute, chic, trendy and clean. Highly recommend seeing any of the stylists because they all know what they’re doing!!Services: Hairstyling

EDIT: There was no communication from the stylist, Amanda. I told her what I wanted but I received the opposite. I thought I went home with a permanent color but instead it ended up being a very mild Demi color. When I called to see why it was fading and washing out so quickly, I was told it was my fault it was fading even though I was using the products she told me to but I got them from somewhere else and not from the salon itself so it was somehow my fault ?? Did not understand that. What I had received was not a permanent color. I received a color for $130 that only lasted a month.. absolutely ridiculous. When I asked for a refund she stated “they don’t give out refunds” but how is the customer protected from things like this? How was I suppose to call a couple days later to get it “fixed” when I thought it was a permanent color I went home with and it took two weeks for me to notice that it wasn’t permanent so this logic she spewed doesn’t make sense.I do not recommend this salon, they lay the blame on the customer when there was no communication from them. I’m a new customer so they should have made sure I knew what was going on. I thought the color was going to be around $70 since on their website it states color is $50 and up. $130 is WAY off when that’s the only thing I got done and it took her 10 minutes to slap on for my medium length hair. I’m so unhappy with the service I got, I still want a refund.I’m not happy with the way my hair turned out. For the first three days or so I was pleased but although some fade is to be expected, it faded quite a bit and is not darker than my natural hair color like we had agreed on so I’m pretty bummed. I think I’ll stick with Kimi k. They’re cheaper with better results. I was also surprised that the bill came out to be $130 for just a simple hair color for medium length hair and that was the only thing that I got done. Price should be made aware before the service is done. My fault for not asking but making sure the customer is aware of the price beforehand should be a priority.

Just left my appointment for color and a blowout with Elisa and Amber. My husband and daughters confirmed what I was already thinking... my hair looks fabulous! Thank you! You are very talented stylists and I look forward to my future appointments
