Everything was easy and straight forward. They worked well with my insurance (all-state). They also did some work for me that wasn’t covered by insurance for a great price. “Action Collision did a fabulous job repairing body, trim, and wheel damage on my 2016 Yukon Denali. It looks brand new! However, maybe the best and most impressive part of my experience was the customer service. Christine was assigned to my claim... she was so thorough during the walk throughs, and then she made sure to text or call with progress updates every 2-3 days. Even if she was off work, she had a colleague reach out in her stead... this level of communication and service is really rare. “I had scheduled a week ago for today, with no trouble. I had inquired about certain services previously over the past several months, until finally scheduling an appointment. The technicians and staff had taken my car in relatively quickly, directed any concerns to their respective resolutions, and were willing to help me understand anything that previously been ambiguous. Despite being unable to get my requested service completed—as it would require additional parts (which although I may disagree with, I have no experience in identifying wear on parts)— I was provided with a full report on the alignment of my vehicle's suspension along with the parts that were recommended to replace. They were also spot on with whether my vehicle had an accident and where, asking me about it, to which I had affirmed. They did not force me to pay for the services before returning my vehicle to me, nor did they cause any sort of unnecessary trouble as does Belle Tire with their work. I did, however, pay for the $25 full inspection fee, which I can do gladly. I've been charged similar fees at other businesses that gave me no information and no feedback, and even caused trouble. Solid business, would recommend, very professional and courteous, straightforward and transparent (in my experience). Guest lobby has some nice infographics available to look at.”

“I was given quotes for windshield replacement through two other local businesses that were literally 4x's the amount Mr. Windshield charged me. They are honest and more-than-reasonable. They were the only company that told me that my specific vehicle type didn't need recalibration with my new windshield. The other companies wanted to add an additional $350-$480 for that alone, when it wasn't even necessary. Kudos to Mr. Windshield for being honest with the consumer. I called and they had my windshield in stock and told me to head over now. In just over an hour I was on my way to work w/ my new windshield installed. I'm grateful for a business who is not greedy and didn't gouge, as clearly so many others are and do!”

“In and out with a window chip repair.
The tech was honest and upfront about what he was going to do and how it would go including sharing how the chip could spread if the process stressed the chip too much.
Went in the office while the tech got to work. Our insurance covered it and Steve inside was professional and got the paperwork all set. We waited about 10 mins after that and we were out the door. Chip repair was done.
It was a big one so we weren’t even sure they could do it. But they did. Thanks guys!”

“This is my second experience with this particular Belle Tire. Both times have been extremely positive. Both have been for tire replacements, but I will be back for more work for sure.Today (2/1/24), I was helped by David. He was very professional and patient, with excellent customer service skills, and clearly very knowledgeable in terms of the work that needed to be done. Super kind guy. The work that had to be done included a complete blowout on one of my tires as well as a changing the remaining 3 tires while I was there. He explained upfront that the blowout may take some time to get changed out, due to the damage done. From arrival to service start was about 30 minutes, and for the work to be completed was less than an hour and a half, as far as I'm concerned that was pretty quick considering the work required.My first experience here was with Joe (mid-late 2023) who, like David, exhibited the same qualities.These guys are very, very good at what they do. However, if you are unable to be there during the week/right when they open, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They get pretty swamped on weekends and getting onto a schedule ensures you're helped.Can't recommend these guys enough, well done!”

Recently, Aaron Belfiori helped me select new winter tires for my new Mach E Mustang. I found his help and guidance immeasurable as this was the first time I needed two sets of tires for my car. Also, he guided me through a "valet service" to store and switch out summer-winter tires eliminating the need for me to store them in my garage.
