First I want to declare that I've utilized the service at Bright Horizons Center at Crittenton through my company's benefit package, and hence my review is based on such.For the actual child care service perspective, the experience was great as the child care team demonstrated their caring and skills for the children.As for the administrative perspective, the experience was not good. Especially it was disappointing when my child's confirmed appointments were cancelled without advanced notice, and later on I found out that my appointments which are related to my company's benefit had lower priority, which mean at anytime Bright Horizons team can cancel my confirmed appointments in order to fit their other appointments. If so, what is the point of back-up care?

Welcoming, professional and extremely clean. My husband and I made the decision to enroll at Bright Horizons when my son turned one and it’s one of the best decisions we made so far. The staff and teachers truly love the children and my son loves coming here every single day!

The health and safety director deceived us.Last year, at the start of summer, we discovered that the director had deceived us. Despite the sunny weather, the sunscreen was not being used. We raised the issue with the director on two separate occasions, specifically asking about the application of sunscreen to the children before outdoor activities. Shockingly, she assured us that the teachers had been instructed to apply sunscreen. We even double-checked with her to confirm. However, the class teacher informed us that teachers had not been informed about applying sunscreen until then.

We are sad that our time at this center has come to an end. My son was embraced by all the workers for over 5 years. Activities are engaging, friendly teachers, and good food provided. My son will always remember his time fondly there.
