Back during the pandemic, we discovered Harbor Springs Mattress Company. My husband and I almost didn’t go into the Traverse City location because it was cold, windy & raining. We were so glad we did though! We were greeted by Rory, the owner. The passion and knowledge for what his company does: Hand-crafted mattresses with local Michigan materials, we knew we had found where we would buy our next mattress without a doubt.
First thing I did was recommend Rory & his team to my parents: they bought their Bed of Roses and absolutely loved it.
Then, I discovered that a co- worker was looking for a new mattress and immediately, I recommended Harbor Springs Mattress Company to them as well; they ended up so happy with their show-room visit and customer service, they too purchased a mattress and have repeatedly thanked me for the recommendation.
Finally, in November 2023, it was our turn to own our own Harbor Springs Mattress, so my husband and I visited the Rochester showroom where Jenn was incredibly helpful, she answered all our questions & we ordered the Harbor Light mattress and couldn’t be happier. There is a reason why I recommend to everyone not to look anywhere but Harbor Springs Mattress company, because good sleep is priceless.

❤️❤️❤️ I spent a year researching matresses. I decided on harbor springs matress company. I love its American made, each matress made for you , specifically. The best choice I could have made. It's the best matress I ever had. RICK IN ROCHESTER STORE was so nice. I recommend this matress company. You won't be sorry.

My husband and I visited the Harbor Springs Mattress Company Store in Rochester. We were greeted by Jenn and she spent a lot of time answering our questions! She is very knowledgeable! Jenn was so helpful that we ordered a mattress on our first visit! She is quite an asset to the company!
We have had our new mattress for two months and are quite satisfied with it! Thank you Harbor Spring Mattress Company for making such a quality product!

Just blown away by the craftspersonship and customer service/care of this business! Purchased a mattress in 2017, called in 2023 (6 years later,) about servicing my mattress, for something that was likely my fault. Mattress was picked up, serviced, **made brand new** and delivered back home -- all under warranty.The amazing product and thoughtful business practices of this company are top notch, beyond any expectations. If you're looking for a great night's sleep; on a great mattress and because you're supporting an amazing local Michigan business, invest here.

Harbor Springs Mattress is truly amazing. I was afraid to make a wrong pick, so I went here and they were so easy to work with patient, accommodating and honest. They also made installation a stress-less breeze.
Working with them has truly changed my life and I love my mattress. Highly reccomend.

If you ever wondered what it might be like to sleep on a cloud, Harbor Springs has the answer. Not only is the mattress hand made from natural materials, those materials are from right here in Michigan.From the quality of their products to the customer care, this is the way all businesses need to be run.This family-owned business knows the value of treating the customer with dignity and their service goes above and beyond. The gentleman that delivered my mattress actually is the same man that hand stitched it just weeks earlier.With my other mattresses I felt as if they were pushing against me. With my Harbor Springs mattress there are no pressure points, just soft support.

We are so pleased we found Harbor Springs Mattress Company! We had been searching for a hand crafted mattress made with all natural materials for some time. We came across Harbor Springs Mattress Company online and decided to make the trip from Cleveland, Ohio to Michigan. The moment we walked out of our appointment with Rick at the Rochester Location, we knew Harbor Springs Mattresses were undoubtedly the best fit for us. We just ordered our Mattress a couple weeks ago and can’t wait for it to arrive!

If I could give this more stars I would!! An amazing mattress and worth every penny. I live in Colorado so bought this mattress based off of reviews alone without ever even seeing it in person. I have had the mattress for over 6 months now and let me tell ya the people on the reviews are not lying! The Bed of Roses is the best mattress I have ever owned. It gives you the perfect amount of support where you need it (spine, shoulders, sacrum) but still maintains the softness. The products used and craftsmanship are next level. They also have a 20 year mattress warranty. That's unheard of today! It shows how much they believe and stand by their products. In today's cheap and disposable society they are producing products that are meant to last a lifetime. That's hard to find now. I would buy all my future mattresses from them easily. Another moment that made me smile (besides laying on this beautiful majestic mattress from the heavens every night) is when I called the store to check on the process of my order a guy named Zach answered the phone and said he just got done making my mattress that day!! How freakin'cool is that - to know the labor behind the products you're purchasing. They have a very friendly and down to earth team from the moment I placed the order until delivery. Very grateful for this products existence

BEST MATTRESS EVER! BEST INVESTMENT EVER!It’s been YEARS now since we’ve had our mattress. Maybe almost ten now? It’s still like new! They made it so well and with no chemicals or garbage in it! It’s been SO helpful for my back and full body chronic pain issues.I remember being so worried - we were going on mattress #4 or #5 by the time we discovered Harbor Springs - and still I had so much pain that was worsened by these other bad mattresses. But we took a leap of faith on our Bed of Roses (and many trips to the showroom) and we have absolutely zero regrets!From the time this mattress came home it’s been pure relief! I hope I never have to buy any other makers mattress; and ours is still literally looking and feeling like new so it’s not even time to update it with Harbor Springs which is something this company offers! We barely move and still we have no dents! That’s amazing.Thank you Rory and Harbor Springs mattress everyone! I tell anyone and everyone how much we love our bed from you!
