“Last time I took my car to get detailed (at another company), they did a great job of removing most of the dog hair but there was still a decent amount left. This time, I took it to Maximus Auto Detailing and they were able to remove all of the dog hair, even in extremely hard to reach areas! Mind you, I have a dog that sheds all year long and the amount of dog hair is no joke to say the least.Everything else was clean and up to my standards as well. I even had a special request of removing some adhesive off the back window and they were able to do that pretty easily without tacking an additional fees.I will 100% be using Maximus in the future.Service: Auto detailing”

The tech was honest and upfront about what he was going to do and how it would go including sharing how the chip could spread if the process stressed the chip too much.
Went in the office while the tech got to work. Our insurance covered it and Steve inside was professional and got the paperwork all set. We waited about 10 mins after that and we were out the door. Chip repair was done.
It was a big one so we weren’t even sure they could do it. But they did. Thanks guys!”

“Shoutout to Julio, a manager at Jax Car Wash in Rochester Hills, for his incredible customer service! I went there for a wash and found out they don’t accept cash—it’s card only. If you want to use cash, you have to buy a gift card. I arrived just after 5 PM, when the lobby had already closed, but Julio kindly opened the door for me at 5:03 PM to help.
Instead of having me buy a gift card, Julio went above and beyond by giving me a coupon for a free “Everything Exterior” wash! If that’s not exceptional customer service, I don’t know what is. It’s small gestures like these that can completely brighten a tough day.
Thank you, Julio and the team at Jax Car Wash! One suggestion though—adding Apple Pay would make the experience even more convenient!”
