Inaccurate closing documents, a train wreck experience. But, this was not the fault of Arterra Realty. Sterling Title is responsible for my horrible experience. Insist on not using Sterling Title on any future transactions.

Personal opinion: Kevin Gibson is a superstar! Dawn and I have worked with him now twice in the last three years; first to find a rental property to live in, and recently to buy a new home. Both situations were extremely time sensitive and our challenging living situation with five family members (including an elderly live-in parent plus two additional dogs) left very limited options available; not to mention the difficult leasing and buying circumstances in the marketplace. In both instances, Kevin seemed to be able to pull rabbits out of his hat to help us find these properties and eventually secure them. His diligence, daily persistence, and creative thinking, opened doors we didn't know existed. Those doors ended-up being critical in our ability to eventually successfully close on these homes. Today, we are moving into a home that meets ALL of our needs, ALL of our wants, and then some. We are very happy, somewhat stunned, and extremely grateful for Kevin's abilities and his relentless efforts to help us land where we have. THANK GOD and THANK YOU Kevin!

Could not have been happier with Arterra realty. We had a rather larger house which made the market very small for a sale. Arterra came up with many creative ways to market, and helped us get the house ready for sale. They were all very professional, always on time, and no matter what were always willing to go the extra mile to help us sell our house, which they did. From sale to closing, great firm all they way around.
