Halla is my "health hero". She has been wonderfully proactive in tracking down my medication, which is going through a shortage right now. I have found the other pharmacist I spoke to to be helpful and informative as well.I really prefer to work with an independent pharmacy over the big box stores

The BEST pharmacy!! Customer service is their priority! Julia, the pharmacist, is proactive, patient focused, and communicative. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to take care of them. I would recommend this pharmacy/location to everyone!!! Truly a great experience.. Sophie is also very helpful and kind. Thank you for all you do!

Never had an issue with your pharmacy before today. My Dr. wrote a prescription to be filled today. I called yesterday to verify it would be ready by noon as I had the morning off and would be able to pick it up. I was assured it would be ready by noon. I drive 30 minutes only to be talked down to by the pharmacist, accused of being abusive on the phone while your pharmacist was condescending and lecturing me which in turn got an abusive response from me. She spoke to me as if I was drug seeking, when my Dr. puts those fill dates on my medication for a reason. I have a life and when I call for a prescription to be ready and I am told it will be, I take the time out of my busy life to pay cash and pick it up. Not be talked to like I'm an idiot child and to be told by the pharmacist that she doesn't want to do business with me again. It is at the discretion of my medical doctor to write that prescription in good faith that the pharmacist will follow her instructions and fill the medication. Not for the pharmacist to choose when to fill it at her discretion. I could care less if the medication is filled today or what, I care about how I was spoken to, and made to feel. She made me feel less than human, humiliated, and embarrassed. She is not a doctor, and she never once said that it is law or pharmacy protocol. This was her choice to not fill the medication. She should not be making decisions like that against my doctor's orders. Not only that, the staff should let someone know when she is going to ignore a doctor's orders and choose when to fill it. I have never had a problem with your pharmacy filling orders before, and as soon as I can find a pharmacy with my medication in stock I will switch to one that actually follows my doctor's orders.

They are always so welcoming when you walk into their pharmacy, and they're always working hard for your health. I was able to get a substitution for one of my controlled medications that's still not in the market, because the pharmacists did the work without me asking them to do it; they asked me and did themselves! They make you feel important and listened to, and they're always willing to have a bit of small talk with their costumers too. I'm so glad I was able to find this place, because I feel so welcomed and cared for here! Thank you for your continued hard work and great care!!And my dad would like to say something too:We just moved from CVS to Health Hero, and we are ecstatic! Julia and Sophie go above and beyond what any Pharmacist has done for us in the past. They are both professional, personable, and go the extra yard and take the initiative. Also, very creative. For example, when certain medications are not available how you would normally get them relative to dosage, they come up with an alternative which achieves the desired end result. We would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone unconditionally, and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The staff that assisted me today (Julie and Julia) were fantastic!! They went above and beyond what their job descriptions likely say and I could not be more grateful. My 5 year old son had just been discharged from the surgery center and the pain meds being prescribed had not been delivered yet to their pharmacy. They realized where I lived (not close lol) and it just so happened Julie lived close by so she offered (with permission) to deliver the medication to us personally when she left for the day. It truly was a blessing! Thank you so much for the amazing service today!

I will never go to another pharmacy after picking up my prescription here. The staff is amazing and spent 20 minutes finding a coupon to give me the best price for my medication. They are incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience ever at this pharmacy. The doctor's office sent the prescription downstairs and it was ready when I got there. Julie and Julia were so very kind and helpful. I bought something off the lovely gift table for my daughter. Such a nice experience!

I love this pharmacy. Any questions I have about the drugs Gale helps me. He is always available and that means a lot! I trust him.Other workers are always friendly and helpful also.
