I usually only do pick up. Out of the 4 years I've been coming here there have only been 3-4 issues with an order. Their employees are always friendly (even though you know they're understaffed)

I haven't been to this store since it was brand new.
I only stopped to purchase shades that attach to prescription glasses.
There's a wall of different sizes and shapes and there's a chart where you don't have to guess what will match your frames
I walked down to the vision center and there were two employees sitting talking surrounded by boxes.
The entire vision center was torn apart and no merchandise at all.
Wires hanging from the ceiling etc..
Why couldn't someone post signs at the entrance that the vision center isn't available?
It never crossed anyone's mind that maybe it would be nice to know before going in that they're closed?
I spoke with one of the women and she actually said I should've purchased my glasses there!
Ha Ha.. Really?
When you close an entire department let your customers know.
I'm not a fan of Walmart, but I have been buying my shades there for a long time.
The store is huge and there's no signs.
This seems to be a theme.

Every Walmart I have been to (and that's a lot) has at least 20 self check out lanes. This place has 'maybe' 12, and today, only 8 were working. I waited over 20 minutes in line to get to one. I understand they recently renovated this store, but they failed big time on their checkout process. I was in the area and needed to shop here... NEVER again!!!

I went to the Walmart in Rochester Hills Michigan and when I got there some guy helped me pick out the item I needed but when I went to check out nobody seemed to care I was there and the door greater was standing there like she had no clue what was going on then we walk to the front where there is keep in mind like 100 people trying to check out their groceries so we walk back to try and get help again after walking around the store for another 10 minutes with minimal customer service we just had to get rid of our one little item and walk out because nobody wanted to ring us up in the back by where they keep the motor oil so we just walked out.

Parking lot always full of liter. But they're innovating the inside currently so I'm just curious to see how it will improve.

Do better. Rediculous to stand in line 45 minutes and now my frozen food is no longer frozen, my meats are warm and now that I'm at the register a attitude from cashier because she has to do her job to scan the very heavy stuff in my cart. So I left my whole cart and spent my money else where
