I give it three stars because I'm very split on my experience here. On one hand, the store was very neat and clean. They had many items on display. It was set up very nicely and there's plenty available space and even some chairs to sit if you had to wait. Lots of devices on display. In the man who greeted me and signed me and was also very polite.I went in because my daughter had purchased a phone at Best buy but unlike when I had purchased my phone there, they didn't have the SIM cards to activate it. When it was my turn, I got a different employee than who had signed me in. I asked him if they had SIM cards there because I had purchased my phone for my daughter elsewhere and wasn't sure if I could get the SIM card in a store or if I had to do it onlineThe man immediately slaps down his tablet in front of me and angrily orders me to fill out all of my personal information. I am confused since my only question was whether or not they had SIM cards in the store or if I had to do it online. He hadn't answered the question so I asked him and confusion why I was filling out all of my information. He gave me a dark evil look like I was the stupidest person on the entire planet and snapped at me that if I wanted to open up an account for my daughter I had to fill out my information.There was absolutely no reason for him to be so damn rude. I had asked a question that he had refused to answer and then he had proceeded to order me to do something without explanation and there was rude about it when I asked.I filled out the information and he immediately stormed to the back of the store as he shouted back that he was getting the unlimited plan. Didn't ask. TOLD ME what plan I was getting. I had to literally yell back across the entire store as he was disappearing into the employee area that I didn't want the super expensive unlimited plan and I just wanted the 15 gig one since we didn't even use up that much.After I paid, I asked him if there was a certain way for me to set up my online account to make sure it connected to the account I had just made in the store. He again looked at me like I was a complete imbecile. I understand he works for this company so he knows the ins and outs but that doesn't mean I get a memo for every meeting they have. He muttered something about just putting in the phone number and then walked away like I had somehow ruined his life by my mere existence.I honestly love the Verizon plan I am on because it's really cheap and it gives us more than enough data. But I really do not like the way they treat their customers.

It was great that I got in right away without a wait! But even with $800 towards my phone trade in I was at 109 per month and I was only at 45 per month at Xfinity. Think I'm staying with Xfinity!

I walked into the store beyond upset with the service provider I had at the current time. Carols was amazing, he listened to me rant about T-mobile and helped me get 2 brand new iPhone 15’s out the door. Carlos, Jeremy and the female manager were all very patient, kind and even kept the children entertained. Thank you Verizon!

Had a great experience here Nick was awesome and the whole crews was knowledgeable and helpful overall was very pleased Very clean restrooms and stocked.

Was told that version dose not have enough bandwidth for my area to get home internet I guess they won't be able to handle three new phones lines as well

Avoid this establishment at all costs if you value decent customer service. The staff here won't even acknowledge your presence, making it an absolute nightmare to deal with.

The Verizon store Team was sooo helpful, attentive and professional. They went over and beyond great customer service...stayed well past closing time to get us set up, on the exact right plan and on our way. Do I recommend? Oh yes, 1,000%. We gladly returned to Verizon (from 2 months of poor Xfinity Mobile service...you truly get what you pay for). We will never make a mistake like that again.

Worst store I have ever visited of Verizon. Ty, the specialist acts over smart and make fun of customer and other employees laugh on customer face . Very rude behaviour.Giving wrong information.Making fools to customers and giving them costly connections..

Absolutely abhorrent employees. I lost my home in a fire along with everything I had so getting a phone to begin to pick up the pieces was obviously a first step. Upon describing my situation, I was met with absolutely zero empathy for my situation as quote, “anybody can come in and say their house caught on fire” despite me literally covered in soot and reeking of smoke.I was able to call Verizon and arrange a “pick up in store” option with another location - an option this location didn’t even bother looking into. I was at one of the lowest moments of my life and this place threw me out like I was a criminal. Shame on every manager at this store.

just went to upgrade my phone and I literally felt like I was bothering the guy that was helping me. I ended up asking one of the ladies that worked there for help because he just went in the back and told me I should be good to go, and I wasn’t. he didn’t even check if my new phone was activated correctly. if it wasn’t for the girl that helped me I would’ve given a 1 start review, but she was nice and helpful. I haven’t upgraded my phone in 6 years so I was excited to finally get a new phone and the guy that helped me made my experience horrible. i’m going to go to a different location to make sure he did everything correctly with my bill, he said my best option was having my bill increase by $35, which I have a hard time believing since he didn’t seem to know how to do his job whatsoever.

I came to this store on the advice of VZ customer support to resolve a complex trade-in situation. I went to great pains to explain this situation to Jeremy, but he never really listened or attempted to comprehend the issue. He cut me off multiple times, and when he wasn't glued to his tablet, he gazed around the room like he was bored. Unsurprisingly, Jeremy screwed up the trade-in. He refused to own his mistake, and instead blamed VZ customer support for offering bad advice before pawning me off on a co-worker. When Jeremy couldn't produce a physical receipt confirming the (botched) trade-in, he lied and told me he chose to email it instead. This was after he provided a physical receipt for the device that was traded in correctly. When I persisted in attempting to resolve the situation, he walked away mid-sentence and returned with a leaf of paper with the VZ customer support number on it. Jeremy demonstrated a frustrating lack of professionalism, to say nothing of his lack of intellectual maturity. Rather than own a mistake - we all make them! - he doubled-down, spun, contrived implausible explanations, and blamed others. It was like dealing with an eight-year-old. Thanks to Jeremy's inattentiveness, I've now spent more than four hours on the phone with Verizon with no resolution in sight. Perhaps Jeremy could slow down, take his eyes off the tablet, and listen to customers when they're speaking. The immaturity, however, is on him.

I do not recommend coming here. About a year ago in 2022 I came here to purchase a new phone. They were closing two hours earlier than they usually do and told me that they couldn't help me. The in may of 2023 I was having troubles with my phone. I came back here to see if they can fix it. I wasn't able to access Snapchat or anything like that because it said to connect to Wi-Fi. But I could still make phone calls not receive texts, though turns out it was just I somehow shut off my cellular data in my settings , this place did not help me with that. I had to go down the road to another Verizon store and they ended up helping me. At this Verizon store they told me that I would have to call customer service or I would have to leave my phone here for two days, so they can fix it when it was simply a button to fix it again I do not recommend coming here

I went to this corporate Verizon store because after 5 days and 3 hours with technical support I got nowhere.Lydia worked with me and resolved my issues very quickly. I will state it in my 20 plus years of working with Verizon she was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've ever dealt with. 04.19.2023

Amazing Customer Service one of the best stores I've ever been in all the employees were kind and very helpful especially Lydia and Rose. I didn't get the name of the other associate!! Will only go there
