Always a great experience at this Rochester Hills United States postal service. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. If you need help they are always more than happy to help out. Very clean and organized, and this post office is always my go to. I highly recommend the United States Post office in Rochester hills!

When I went in today 3/4 of the counter was absolutely covered in boxes and padded envelopes that were Going Out. it was such a mess!! now I know why the package I dropped off a couple months ago got lost. i don't have any confidence in their ability to send packages Out when I see such a disorganized mess.

USPS needs to be privatized. Mail is consistently lost and delivered improperly. The USPS is a poorly run organization. The more USPS raises prices the worst the service gets.

Jenn at this branch is wonderful. Competent, friendly, customer service oriented ALL THE WAY. I wish they could use her to train the garbage that is at the Troy USPS. That is the worst Post Office in Michigan. This one is a breath of fresh air.

This USPS unit is very professional & one can expect quality service without long wait times. The staff is very friendly esp. Jennifer is quick to understand the shipper’s requirements. She is polite, courteous & helpful & has lot of patience.

I witnessed a very unfortunate incident at this branch, and the staff did nothing. I was standing in line and behind me comes an old man. He stands in line behind me, and then his son comes to take his place, so he can get a certified mail slip from the counter, right there. A woman decides to sneak ahead of the son. Then she rudely says “umm excuse you”. The young man rightfully says “are you trying to cut in line?”. In this most entitled thing I’ve ever seen, “She says you will not go before me. I don’t care”. This whole time, she’s also inching very close to me – like I can feel her breath on her neck. Yet, she then goes on some tirade, with aggressive gestures, and then says “back up, I can smell you”.Personally, as a white man, I hate how race is brought up all the time. I see the race card pulled all the time, and yet the young man (30s), who I think is Indian, didn’t pull it. I don’t buy into the general narrative, but this was a white woman in her 50s. She was clearly in the wrong and young man even said, we can pull video and I’ll prove you wrong. She didn’t take that challenge at all. The Indian guy was getting upset, but it was obviously from the sense that he didn’t like being pushed around and someone just trying to pretend she gets to go first. Another old white guy, later was like, “well you weren’t really in line pointing that the line goes this way”. Like really, 2ft? He also was challenged to see the cameras, but wouldn’t take that challenge, because he knew. It pretty obvious that dad and son came together, just normal folks.But the staff did nothing – they didn’t diffuse the situation. The Indian man made it clear that she cut when she was going up, but one of the staff was like, “it’s ok, please be patient”. Sure they wanted to move forward, but they need to stand up against bullies, like the lady, who can’t obey standard discipline. It's busy location, and they can't set this precedent. I've seen other branches much more assertive so everyone gets a fair chance.
