“THE best Salvation Army I’ve ever been to. Biggest selection, amazing organization of merchandise, and low prices with rotating daily discounts by tag color. Some clothes still have the original brand tags on them (probably not worn)!!!”
“Been both a buyer and a seller and I'd say I'm much luckier buying than selling at this location as they are very selective with what they take.
Clothing selection: 4/5
- lots of trendy clothes mostly in good condition.
- mostly women's, mens selection just 2 rows.
- not a lot of shoes
- like with any resale shop sometimes inventory is good sometimes it sucks.
- Lululemon is overpriced here $35-55, but almost everything else is fairly priced. Caught them at a 70% off clearance deal, plus 10% off everything else, and had a rewards coupon with $10 off. Ended up paying $2-12 per item with discounts.
- Definitely sign up for their rewards!
Customer service 4.5/5
They're not as bad as the reviews say. I don't care if someone says hi or bye to me in the store. Staff is mostly young women who talk amongst themselves, but they're readily available if you need a fitting room or need to pay/sell. Haven't had any rude or bad interactions with them”
“I have spent several years looking for a very specific Chanel bag that was only made for one year. I found it doing a google lens search at this shop. I ordered it on Wednesday morning and it arrived Saturday morning. It was packaged perfectly and in even better shape than the description and pictures showed. The price was very fair and they shipped it for free. They emailed all the way through the process. Email to confirm my order, another one when they had it packed and ready for pick up, another when it was picked up, another with tracking, and finally an email when it was delivered. It was a great buying experience. I'll definitely check their website in the future and if I end up in Michigan I'll absolutely visit the store.”
