“I do my services here, I like this dealership, it is little bit far a way from me but I drive there for the good service they do. The service manager there, he is excellent.
Sorry to say that but this dealership is better than the Toyota corporate it self. I had very bad experience at Victory Toyota in canton when I bought my BZ4x. They are crooks and I dont advise anyone to buy from them. Toyota is the best car, but Toyota corporate in USA is the worst. Me , my family, my relatives my neighbors and my community decided not to buy Toyota any more because I been sold a used car as a new, The corporate didnt bother themselves to follow up about my complaint.”

“Took my GTI in to Joe Swafford for some additional work. I had the intake valves walnut blasted (there was some carbon buildup, which is normal with direct injection cars) and I had the water pump replaced (it had been leaking.) The technician who worked on my car, Pawel, did a fantastic job and I can tell he's very experienced and meticulous with his work. Overall I couldn't be more pleased. The car is running like a million bucks. Special thanks to Katie and Dawn at VW North America for going above and beyond with a partial goodwill adjustment. I will continue to see Joe at Fox VW of Rochester Hills for all of my preventative maintenance and any other repairs.”
“Shannon was amazing! She got me into a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia with just over 30k miles on it, even though I needed to turn my leased Jeep Compass in early since I was WELL over my mileage. No other dealership would help me because of the miles! Shannon went above and beyond and got me into my Acadia with a reasonable down payment and an outstanding monthly payment/interest rate.
