I came in today and got some documents notarized. The attendant
A. Oneil, placed my driver's license over the notary page and made a copy for the stores records... I do not get things notarized too often, but it didn't feel right.. So I made a call, called another UPS store and it was confirmed that a notary should NEVER make nor keep a copy of the documents. When I returned to their store They did give give it back, but disturbingly she just pulled it off a huge stack of other paperwork that was just shoved in a unlocked, unsecure drawer!
To Management, DO BETTER!
NOTARY CUSTOMERS BE WARNED: This is Not Protocol! This business practice puts customers at a Risk.

Normally great here but a man, I think a manger/owner wasn’t familiar with how the return looks when Amazon loads it in an Apple Wallet, he said it wasn’t a UPS return and just walked away. Someone else was nice and helped us.

The staff at the UPS Store on Livernois in Rochester Hills are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Great success with mailing packages, letters, etc… from here - I highly recommend.

A snotty employee (207639) charged 3x what I was expecting to pay for three copies. I didn't appreciate having my thumb drive fumbled through either. Won't be going back there. ?

Really fast and efficient. Even when busy (like holiday returns), they staff appropriately and are all business. Friendly too.
