From the moment I sat in on the chair, it was clear that I was in the hands of a true professional. She took the time to understand my preferences and the look I wanted to achieve. Her extensive knowledge of MAC products and makeup techniques was evident as she expertly selected the perfect shades and formulas to suit my skin tone and features.
I had a makeup done at salon back on March and I didn’t like the products at all. That’s why I am coming back to Mac at ulta Rochester hills again for my next event ????

I was here with my sister to prepare for her wedding. Amelia and Laney were so incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for and Laney did an incredible job on my eyebrows. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

HAD TO REDO MY LASHES ON MY OWN!!!!!!! I came to get my lashes done, and trusted Kaity to apply them. While she was nice, the actual service was horrid. After finishing, I immediately noticed one was more full than the other. Not to mention, the angles were completely different on both eyes. When I got home, I noticed that the lashes were applied crooked, it looked like a five year old did them. Moreover, there were gaps in the lashes. It was so horrible I, someone with zero experience, had to remove them all and apply again. Thanks Kaity for making me looking awful right before a big event. Won’t be coming again.

John is the best hairdresser ever! He knows exactly what I need to look my best. He also manages to look great while SLAYING my hair! If you’re looking for a great place to get your hair done I would highly recommend!

I had my hair colored and cut by Nou! She was the best! Like seriously the best hair style I've had!! She offered suggestions that really elevated the style.Also, the store had a great selection and was clean and organized.

Was welcomed immediately by store staff member. Was helped to find a good concealer by Amelia. She did a great job explaining the skin matching she did and how to correctly use the product. Also took the time to explain application and took me to the beauty blender and brush section to discuss. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I have naturally bushy and untamed brows and Laney B. helped so so so much with waxing and tinting them! She's so friendly, sweet, and funny! She always meets the needs of her client in a professional and helpful way :)

This store is always clean, organized, wide range of beauty options, I'm not a fan of their actual salon, but as far as products and items they sell, everything is vary reasonable. Easy return process, loyalty rewards available, credit card/gift cards available - tons of parking. I will have to give their salon another chance, but the couple times I had my hair done, I was very upset with the whole process, actual color, pricing, and even the haircut.
