Nice to be part of a pharmacy that doesn’t make you feel like you’re part of a factory like how I felt with cvs for the past 15 years. The staff here are so helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. They have never once rushed me off the phone. A script of mine got sent over to them around 7pm and it got delivered the next morning before 9am. Excellent customer service!

Have had a really great experience with RiteMed! My meds are on my porch right on time every month and they even send me a link to pay my copay whenever I’m ready. So easy and painless. Never even need to talk to anyone if you don’t want to butwhen you do the employees are great and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and always willing to take his time and help when I’ve had questions. So happy with my new pharmacy!

The BEST pharmacy around! The care and attention you get from the staff here is incomparable to anywhere else. They help coordinate all of my family’s meds with the insurance and doctor’s offices to make sure they are all filled and delivered on time. Highly recommend using this pharmacy!

This pharmacy used to be phenomenal when REBECCA was there. Since she’s been out and who knows if she’s returning, the customer service has gone down the drain. Looking for a new pharmacy to go to now.

Staff is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Becky did all the footwork for me helping me figure out my insurance and what worked best for me to get the prescription I needed. I wouldn't want to get my prescriptions from any place else.

Best Pharmacy I've ever used. Very personable pharmacist, knows who you are by face, and name ( when calling). Cares about her clients/customers, I would recommend this pharmacy. Every time I go there she already has my scripts ready, and if I have a new script with me there is next to NO wait time.
