I’m a Home Inspector and worked for several of Stephanie’s client inspecting their home. She is tremendous at educating her client and making sure they understand everything in the inspection process. She is always at the inspection making sure all access points are available. I always hear from her clients well she takes care of them. She’s the best!

Stephanie is always a pleasure to work with. I used her most recently on the purchase of an investment property in northern MI and she was able to negotiate all the furnishings and for well below appraisal price. I would highly recommend her for personal or investment properties.

Stephanie was referred to us by the RE/MAX agent selling our home in Indiana. It is clear that she has a passion to work hard for clients. We toured at least 20 homes with her last summer, and when it came to the house that my spouse and I wanted, she was able to figure out exactly the "what/how/when" of getting the offer written and submitted. Our offer on the house we closed on was accepted by the seller barely 24 hours after we first toured the house. Stephanie was very responsive to our messages and was a pleasure to work with.
