Worst Speedway in Michigan, period. Two straight weeks and not one flavor working in the Slurpee machine out of TWELVE possible flavors. What kind of laziness exists where 14 days pass and not ONE single employee takes the time to clean a few bays and get some new drinks started. The area around the machine is filthy as well. All the people complaining about customer service and this and that let me tell you how it goes - it's off M59 and they are making a killing already that's why they dont care about the little customer service oriented details because they are making a tidy profit so going above and beyond to make just a tiny bit more is not worth it. That is why if you read the Google reviews it's the same employees with the same issues from multiple people and the problems never are resolved. The reason they arent resolved? Why fix what isnt already broken? Also didnt think this was possible considering it's a chain but several cooler drinks like Gatorlyte are MORE expensive then 711 which are part of the same company, first time i saw that as well

Once again it was an extremely frustrating experience at this Speedway. The card reader didn’t work and after manually entering my rewards number (and it was accepted) it booted me out when I made my payment. The card readers on the pumps at this station repeatedly seem to have problems. The only reason I go there anymore is because it is convenient with my travels.

Antonio who works in the Cafe went above and beyond to make sure the kiosk was working properly. It's rare you come across such helpful workers at the Speedway Cafe these days! I just want to give him the recognition he deserves! As a local truck driver It's tough to find a decent warm meal! I will definitely come back again for the food! Thanks Antonio!

The cashier's are really kind It is really hard to find kindness in the modern world, It is really clean in the store the workers always do there job they work hard and they cafe food is really good and fresh I love this speedway and I hope they continue to keep up the good work.

Walked in to buy a soda. Sa a employee tag name brian yelling at other employee right in sight of customer's. Heading out with drink blonde female customer was escorted into management office.

We ended up stopping at this Speedway off of Crooks & M-59 at around 1:15-1:20 pm for drinks after my 1 year old Bernedoodles dog training a mile away. This place was a little busy for a Saturday. The place was clean. I actually used the self checkout at this location, and it worked perfectly. Great pit stop before heading onto M-59. I will visit this place again someday.

HORRIBLE service. ordered 4 slurpees to be picked up and asked for 2 small chary and 2 large cokes, I get there to pick up the order and I have all chary cups, the same size, filled maybe half way. I payed too much for this horrible service. This is truly unacceptable and I would never go here if u have the option to go to any other gas station.

*Scam Alert*Tried to fill $5.35 grade-93 at pump #3 on 10/11/23 evening. Mileage on my Car was 23miles remaining.Not a single drop was filled. but the meter reading kept on advancing. Stopped just in time. Mileage on my Car afterwards was 22miles remaining.Tried another gas station and filled for $5.95 and the Mileage on my Car increased to 66miles remaining.Called Alex and told him all the details and asked for a refund. Did nothing and told me to visit the gas station and that my car reading is faulty.Visited in person on 10/12/23 and spoke to Liea about it and asked for a refund. She took my number and told that the manager will call you the next day. Not received any call till now, forget the refund.Be careful at this Gas station. Big scam.
