Everyone at your facility "walks-the-talk". Specifically, no matter what time of day, what day of the week, whomever greets us at the door, your practices for Security are always executed. Your protocols for protection against Covid-19 are consistently, thoroughly, reassuringly followed, while still being comfortably carried-out for parents and our little ones.The pictures of our little ones as they go about their assignments during the day keep parents informed and....with a side benefit of giving us an unexpected smile!

We really can not say enough about this facility and the wonderful women who work there. We have TWO children there now and we trust the staff as much as we would any family member. They treat them like their own and we are extremely grateful. Kind, compassionate, courteous. All of the positive adjectives! 100% highest recommendation.

Leeann McCollum and her staff have provided the best and most reliable care for our son. Not to mention how clean and sanitary they keep the rooms and the great snacks and meals they provide are a huge help! I would highly recommend kindercare!

Friendly teachers, caring and and patient on kids and most important, curriculum is very good, many activities for kids to keep them busy and entertained. Very good and polite management.

We are very lucky to find this Rochester Hills Kinder care. Our son started to go to this place when he was 5 months old.Initially we were concerned as our son was too young for the daycare. But daycare Director Leeann McCollum helped us to understand the place, teachers and how they care for infants. Our son enjoyed going here. This place is very clean and well organized.We are very much thankful to Leeann. Whenever there is an issue we spoke to Leeann and she solved all the issues as quickly as possible.Leeann is always energetic and she does and manages almost all tasks from setting up classes, talking to parents, solving the issues with staff and even cleaning the classes at the end :)My son's first teachers Ms McKenzie and Ms Amanda are also very much caring and friendly.I always recommend this place.

I have taken my two children (now ages 3 and 1) to the Rochester Hills KinderCare for drop-in care since my eldest was just a few months old. They have been so caring, accomodating, attentive, and wonderful to work with. My son in particular was a bit of a tough baby and they were so patient with him and really took the time to develop a good relationship, even when he only attended as needed based on my work schedule. The staff are committeed, patient, and clearly love what they do. The activities and crafts the kids complete were wonderful. We will continue to attend whenever possible. Thanks KinderCare!

I brought my daughter to Kindercare when she was 10 and 1/2 months. I was very worried about her transition from being home with me to being in a class with other kids. The director was kind enough to let me spend a full afternoon with the teachers in the infant room to get my daughter acquainted with the new environment. It's been a very smooth transition and my daughter learned very quickly to love this place. The teachers are incredibly caring, they have very gentle manners and make sure that all kids behave in the same kind and respectful way with each other. All teachers from all classes have a great relationship with each other and form a great team. They all have a sincere attachment to the kids and truly enjoy being in contact with them. The few teachers i've seen sticking out from the group (and who didn't blend in) left the job quite quickly too. One more thing that it's worth mentioning, the director runs the place with a very open mind. She is open to suggestions from parents and quick in the implementation of changes specially when aimed at eradicating the source of a complain. She welcomes constructive critics and finds creative ways to satisfy the multiple requests coming from parents. Lately she has been putting more and more focus on healthy eating and healthy habits (for ex. she removed air fresheners and increased the frequency of natural air exchange by opening windows and doors, during the day when possible and usually always at the end of the day). This kindergarden deserves all 5 stars. Very recommended!

With my daughters usual daycare closed due toe weather, my husband and I were in a bit of a panic, since neither of us were able to take time off this week. Enter Kindercare! We were able enroll my daughter there for two days and it couldn't have gone better. Everyone there, from the director on down, was incredible. Friendly and prepared, we were good to go the minute we got there. The teachers were super attentive and FUN. It was a stressful week of school closings and schedule juggling, but our experience at Kindercare was wonderful. THANK YOU!

We are really happy that we chose Kindercare Rochester center for our daughter . I am stay at home mother , and she has always been with me or her dad. For me it was a big decision to send her away for whole day. But while registration process when I met Leeann(center director) who made us feel comfortable and welcomedI was little relieved ?and gradually I came to know her teaching staff Ms Cathy Ms Deja and Ms Christy , they all are awesome, warm and understands the need of every child.My daughter has an extended family at Kindercare now ?Being from an Indian community we never felt outsider , they have enough details about our festival and culture ?I would recommend this center to all my friends and family ??????

When we moved here from another state 2 years ago one of the most daunting tasks was finding a daycare for our 2 small children. I can say I haven't been disappointed. We are not even just happy. We are BEYOND thrilled that our children attend this care program. The staff all seem happy to be there too, and we feel that says a lot about an establishment. These phenomenal staff members genuinely love the kids. It is educational and fun and our boys in turn love the teachers. What more could a parent ask for? Thank you to each and every person that makes this Kindercare such a special location!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this center! Everyone from the director to all the teachers have embraced my special-needs child with open arms and hearts. They’ve adapted to his struggles without hesitation and he has flourished in his time there. The center is always clean and inviting, with plenty of opportunities for family involvement as well as lots of fun activities for the kids.

This is THE daycare I prayed and dreamed about!!FOR THE KIDS -They implement a perfect balance of ‘structured’ and unstructured’ play time for the children, which is very important for them to grow, learn, and explore without being guided or influenced by adult directives all the time. There is always plenty of ‘outdoors’ time and even if you find yourself short on time to take your child outdoors, trust me – this daycare has already given them enough play time and sun !The facility is squeaky clean, Food menu is delicious and varied, the summer time activities and events in general, are way too much fun!! (Magic shows, visits from the Fire Chief, Visits by the Sheriff dept., with a cool exploration of the Police Cars, arts and crafts, animal shows and so much more!FOR THE PARENTSAs a parent, I feel I never get ‘punished’ for having a career and a life (which doesn’t always go per plan)!! I can be late, or forget a lunch at home, or have a medicine schedule, or food allergy concerns and every single teacher will offer to help and just get us through the day without any judgement or eyerolls. I was once hesitant to take my child -who had just taken a Benadryl dose- to school, because I knew she was going to be drowsy for an hour or so, guess what? The teacher just calmly pulled out a cot and let her take a nap, first thing in the morning, and reassured me about giving the next dose if needed, and that was it! I was on my way without having to worry about anything. I feel like everyone here actually helps raise my daughter not just have her for a few hours a day.Also, every single teacher and office staff will always (and every day!) take the time to look at you, smile, greet, and ask about your day, and they always launch into genuine conversations with my child – to where she just gets so absorbed that I can just leave without any fuss about goodbyes! You can feel the type of relationships the teachers have with the kids – just by observing how excited your child is to see them in the morning! I can honestly say I as well look forward to my happy and warm interactions with the teachers on a daily basis !Also, they have no issues with children who are not yet potty – trained! They will work with whichever level you are on and help your child become diaper free in no time!
