Rick Young Insurance was recommended to me by a member of my family who had used Rick Young Insurance. I was struggling with the deluge of information for first time Medicare subscribers. I emailed Rick Young, he responded to the email with a telephone call within a few hours. Less than 24 hours later he proposed two plans for me to consider, and I chose one. I am very pleased with the service, professionalism and expediency. I would recommend the services if this company.

I highly recommend Rick Young of Rick Young Insurance, along with his team! I have had more than one occasion to tap their services for insurance changes such as moving to Medicare. I also recently discovered I was missing out on benefits for my sister that Rick easily steered me toward. It is so much easier to go to the experts for advice on your specific health insurance needs rather than try to navigate the system on your own. This agency is extremely helpful and my friends that I have referred there agree!

Stay away from this place. I'm not sure about Rick's employees but he is a jerk. Makes changes to insurance policies without your permission. Then blames YOU when he messes things up. This guy is all about kickbacks not your best interests. Shouldn't even be in business

Rick Young assisted in selecting health insurance for my husband and me. Although I already had a plan in mind, he encouraged me to consider an alternate plan and explained why it could provide better value. I agreed and selected an alternate plan Every call was answered either immediately or the next day. Follow ups were completed as promised. Enrollment in the selected plans was completed smoothly and they made sure to let me know that they can assist with any difficulties (haven't had any - but that is good to know). I highly recommend Rick Young Insurance.
