I would like to say that this location is struggling on almost every side of the business starting with how the current staff is treated, the cleanliness of the store…yes that includes staff only areas, and above all how upper management tries to twist and manipulate team members into doing “what they want” when it is 100% NOT Ok!Only being here a couple months during the holidays and being in customer care/sales for years of my life I was totally mind blown on how this store is run and why they continue to under pay staff and turn and burn with team members and again it all comes from management and honestly Madison being the one in charge is sadly lost when making correct decisions to create an atmosphere that is amazing for all her team members and an experience of a lifetime to bring back loyal customers who spend big $$$. Instead she focuses on the negative and what everyone does wrong and expects certain things which every leader should but when those things are not done properly, she does not take the blame but instead lights up the room(Brand app) but ends up doing the same thing she told her staff not to do…which is terrible leadership and why it is the way it is!!! No discipline was ever executed to those who did not follow what she expected..so how does she expect change?So much more could be said but this location is fading out slowly from the inside and it shows more than ever. To the staff there currently, know your worth, and know life is much greener outside those walls.Rally house Rochester Hills…DO BETTER!!!

We picked up shirts here after U of M won the college football championship. They had a great selection of soft, nicely made shirts. The employees were nice. I have picked up some detroit pistons license plate frames from this store in the past and that also went well. This is a good rally house location. Great selection.

If your going to shop at a rally house go here. Was denied at two locations for job opportunities that were confirmed and documented by email threads. I went here just to buy some stickers and other small mancave items and was blown away by the service. Again a little pricey but at least at this location they were kind and helpful unlike the Oakland Plaza location.

Thanks but no thanks. Your offer to "try" to use the coupon is a joke! I am not willing to place an order on phone to maybe able to get the discount. There is an item I need but I need it now. Like everything I need now and in the future, I will definitely be purchasing it elsewhere.

Margaret is a lifesaver !!! This is my second time at your Rochester Hills store I was looking for a Detroit Tigers shirt that is 100% cotton. These are hard to find. I saw how quickly Margaret helped a gentleman so I thought I would ask for her help. In 5 minutes she had 3 shirts in my size and 100 % cotton. I couldn’t believe how she found my “needle in the haystack” so quickly. Thanks to Margaret, I’ll have the best looking shirt in the suite we have for the Tigers game. Thank you Margaret

We bought a stuffed bear, priced tag was $12.99. Took up to register to pay the guy CHANGED the ticket right in front of us, then rang it up for $14.99. We question his actions, he just said it was priced wrong. I wish we didn't need the item, I would have walked out.
