I will never go here again. They were really unfriendly, cold, and didn't even explain the product properly. I will tell everyone around me to never go to this store. Customer service is really terrible!!

Terrible customer service, I didn’t even get an acknowledgment, let alone help from staff at this location. Even after doing multiple laps around the store looking for a specific item. I will stick to ordering online.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location which caused us to cancel our large order. We worked with Cheryl. Be aware of attempts to not inform you of proper pricing/discounts. Luckily we caught it only to be dismissed and treated as if we should have known differently instead of owning up to their mistake. I would not recommend this location.

I had an issue that the manager promptly addressed, showing genuine attentiveness. I truly appreciate their help and attention to my needs. Highly recommended for their exceptional customer service

Purchased item online. Rug. Came with hardened glue spots. Piece was garbage and contacted customer service and was offered $10. Spent a lot more than that on something that is going in the trash. Do not recomend online purchases from this retailer.

Great shopping experience. There have been times where staff have been a bit aloof however today we had the most friendly and delightful woman help us. I wish I had her name so that she could be recognized.

Would be nice if they closed during their posted hours. Drove all the way out to find an empty store, locked up with plenty of time before closing.

As always a great place to shop for unique furniture. I am not sure if its a pottery barn thing but everytime I walk in one I feel like no one really is overly interested in asking you if you need help finding anything. I am savvy enough without it but just an observation..

Horrible customer service. I only got my table which I discovered delivery day. No one informed me the massive delay on my chairs and when I did call the store to figure out what was happening she just said well not much I can do call customer service. If I could return it all I would. The Grand Rapids store was so on top of things and even gave me a call to make sure everything was perfect. I do not mind a delay but I do mind not being in the know about anything going on with my order when there is a problem and on top of it the lady that took my order originally didn't seem to care when she called me back about the chairs just being MIA. She said well maybe Christmas you might receive them we cant tell when they will be there. I asked her to email me the customer service number and she said ok...never got an email with the number.
