Took two weeks and multiple non-returned messages and phone calls only to find out they cannot fill my prescription and were sending it to another pharmacy. Absolute poorest customer service possible! When I complained to the representative, she was rude and told me that "magically" today, after my fifth phone call that they have to transfer my Rx to another pharmacy. Was in pain for two weeks because of this lousy pharmacy with still no medication. Run... run away from this pharmacy

I've been using Pharmacy Advantage for a few years now. Their employees are friendly and helpful. You can order refills by phone or online. I order refills online and have them delivered. The service is great.

Staff is always helpful and professional. When I call to talk to a pharmacist, I never feel rushed and like the privacy I get calling from my home. I signed up for auto refills & the mobile app. It's so convenient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I switched jobs and unfortunately can no longer use express scripts. After I finally got all of my medications transferred over to PA, and requested a refill of my anxiety meds they call me to ask how long I've been on my anxiety medication and to see if counselling would be a better option. Please don't do that! It's none of your business. Please just ship me my medication. Just bad vibes all around.

TERRIBLE company. No department is the right one you're talking to. This is intentional. Then they don't carry you medications, do not have notes when you call, and then pass the blame. I had high hopes but now call is Pharmacy DISadvantage as basic competence is not a requirement to work here.

takes 2 weeks to fill a prescription i almost died because of this, my diabetes almost killed me. all because this pharmacy will not ship me my meds in a timely manner. this hospital bed is pretty nice tho!

I’d give them no stars if possible. If you have any questions at all, don’t bother asking them. They won’t know the answer. As far as filling prescriptions, they haven’t a clue what one person is doing. My husband received two 90 day supplies of the same drug in the same month and then billed me $80 instead of the $20 that I already paid. Called them, don’t know why that happened, no explanation, then in 90 days, sent out another 90 supply. We got 270 pills in 90 days and charged extra for it even though it was too soon to renew script. They do not know what they are doing. And don’t even try to do anything online! The HAP site brings up Express Scripts which they are not, the mobile site and the URL site do not communicate. Unbelievable. Stay very far away.

I am surprised to see the number of negative reviews for this company. So far, my experience has been excellent. Really above and beyond great service. Quick delivery, will contact my doctor to get refill prescriptions, friendly and courteous customer service.Easy to pay on-line. App is good too.

Usually late with my Rx despite always promising otherwise, won't let me refill as early as other pharmacies like Walgreens. This makes you dependent on them, because by the time you're told of any delays it's often too late to have your doctor transfer your Rx somewhere else.

The customer service at this place is extremely unprofessional.Ive told them 100 times...DO NOT CALL ME BEFORE 2PM!!! But they always do and if you dont answer they will not call back and youll miss having your medication on time.They are the worst!

Rude customer service. Will let you run out even when your doctor requests refill 5 business days ahead. "We called you." Except the statement from cell phone company shows NO call from them, and they refuse next day shipping since they "called."

No email address or Text number to wend copy of forms... ONLY A FAX OR SNAIL MAIL ADDRESS. COME TO THE 21ST CENTURY. WE HAVE A CELL PHONE, NO HARD LINE TO FAX A COPY OF A FORM YOU WANT FROM US!!!!!!

This place was great at first as a mail order not having to go to the store to pick up your meds all the time comes right to your mailbox. I’ve been with them for two years and I deleted my account because they got to where they weren’t sending my prescriptions on time and one of my prescriptions that I am not supposed to be missing any days at all, they did not refill it on time. I had to go to a different pharmacy to get it so that I would not miss a day so I deleted my entire account with Pharmacy Advantage. I don’t believe they pay attention well enough to their customers. I’ve had to call them four times in the two years. I’ve been with them to remind them that my medication is do that to me is very unprofessional this last time when I called them the lady actually argued with me, so yes I left. I deleted my entire account and I do not recommend anybody going with us Pharmacy.

blocking patient from getting medications . no call backs as promised . 2 months now and medications sitting at their pharmacy but they refuse to send them without explanation
