We just had our entire upstairs, hallway, staircase and family room carpeted by Perfect Floors. We are seasoned customers with P.F. and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nicole is our salesperson and she did a phenomenal job helping us pick out the perfect color and texture. Timing is huge for us and she was upfront about when the carpeting would be in and how many days it would take to install.
Jason and Jim, the installers , are true craftsmen. They showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the job in 2 days time. They were professional and their work is exceptional.

I am very happy with all of my floor coverings. It was a big job as the whole house was refinished. Craig was great in making sure the carpeting, floating tile, and new wood flooring were ordered promptly and scheduled quickly. Carpet, wood floor, and tile crews were professional, clean, and efficient. I am extremely happy with the results and professionalism of Perfect Floors. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience from
Start to finish! Jim was awesome. Guided me thru picking out new flooring and made everything easy. Installers did an amazing job. Chuck and his crew were professional, courteous and their work was better than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be happier. Definitely going back!

We showed up 20 minutes before closing but they were still so kind and helpful. Even though they didn't have exactly what we were hoping for, they helped us to the best of their abilities and were able to come up with a resourceful compromise! Nicole was the one who helped us and she was the best! We were about to give up but she didn't and found a way to help us get what we needed! It was a lovely experience!

High regards for perfect floors once again!
My design friends recommend them AND This is our second exceptional experience with perfect floors!
We remodelled our house in 2010 and used perfect floors for carpet insulation; this time we re-carpeted the upstairs and family room as well as installed wood floors in our bedroom!
The customer service was again exceptional and Brian even came over to our home personally to deliver some cleaning solution!

My experience with this store was disappointing. As new homeowners, we decided to replace the carpet throughout the house before moving in. I chose this store over typical home improvement chains because I expected them to handle the job more thoroughly. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I specifically requested that they ensure the subfloor was fixed and squeak-free since we were replacing all the carpet, seeing it as an opportunity to resolve any issues before moving in.
We moved into the house about a month after the flooring installation and immediately noticed that none of the squeaks had been addressed. Additionally, we discovered nails from the tack strips poking through the carpet. The installers returned to hammer down the nails, but this resulted in further issues as they ended up damaging a few of the stair treads.
Most of the sales managers at the store stuck to the narrative of "we cannot guarantee no squeaks," which was news to me. I would have appreciated knowing this limitation before committing to the installation, as now I'm left with expensive flooring on top of squeaky floorboards.
I chose Perfect Floors because their website claimed they would take care of everything a customer needs, including handling squeaky floorboards. However, this was not the case in my experience.
Perfect Floors offered to send an installer at my expense to address the issues. Feeling I had no other option, I agreed. After an unpleasant experience I've decided to refuse any further service from this store.
I had hoped for perfect floors working with Perfect Floors, but unfortunately, nothing about my floors is perfect.

What a wonderful experience! Jim was thorough while helping me pick out samples, and explained in detail what the process would look like. I felt like the process was not overwhelming or complicated at all. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and willing to help. The installation was seamless and my floors are beautiful. The crew that came out was very professional, worked hard and were respectful of my toddler in the house. I highly recommend this company!!

Amazing experience with Perfect Floors! From the very beginning of our quest for new floors, our sales person: Nicole was patient & helpful as she guided us through our choices and the many samples we borrowed before deciding on Shaw product. Nicole's install crew: Jesse, Gavin & Nathan were top notch! Install of the 1120 sq ft was particular, neat, & quick. The fellas were so polite working through the June heat wave. (Check out the photos, especially the herringbone down the hall.) Definitely a 5 ⭐ company that I am recommending! (Referred by my daughters who also highly recommended Nicole & her Perfect Floor crew for their July 2023 install.)

Dustin and Tyler are amazing! I'm so pleased with them! I had Bryan out for an estimate yesterday and had new floors installed today! It took them less than two hours. I'm very pleased and plan to have them out again very soon for the next project.

I have used Perfect Floors four times in my house and all four times I have been 100% satisfied. The initial interface, the installation, and the follow up.
Chuck Meyers has done the work at my house the last two times. After meeting Chuck and seeing his work and politeness I won't let anyone else do my flooring at my house. He is the best.

Very pleased with our new LVP basement floor and carpeted stairs! The sales guy Brian was very patient, answered all my questions and was easy to work with throughout the entire process.The installer Chuck did a great job and they cleaned up everything each day. Great experience and they did high quality work. Would highly recommend Perfect Floors!

About a year after installation carpet had huge lumps in every room (even rooms with barely any traffic) During installation there was only one installer, his other worker didn't show up. After the bumps got pretty bad I contacted my salesperson. They tried to blame it on the manufacturer and sent someone out to have it tested. It wasn't the manufacturer, I knew from the beginning it was not installed and stretched properly. Apparently because it wasn't a manufacturer issue they won't stand up to any warranty on installation and the cost would be on me to have it stretched.
