I have been going to Orangetheory Fitness for over 5 years. OTF Rochester Hills has amazing coaches and staff who are positive, friendly and encouraging people. It’s a great workout and the coaches give you personal attention while making it fun and beneficial. It’s a great community of people working hard to be healthy while having a blast through it all! ?

I love the intensity of the workout and the fact that it is go, go, go, and never stops. I like how we switch between platforms (tread, rower, floor/weights), and that every workout is different, even if I come in the same day(s) each week. The coaches are great, the vibe is great, and I see great results. Even though some may say the ~55 min workout is "long", it really isn't because it goes by so fast since you are on the go through the entire workout. Finally, you can go at your own pace and there is no intimidation from the coaches or other folks working out. People should not feel intimidated or worried to start this workout. Just do it.

OTF is a great way to get a quality workout in 54 minutes! The full body workout is second to none when it comes to targeting endurance, strength and power. Being a cyclist, it is a great way to target the core to get that extra bit of power.

OTF is a great place t work out at! The workouts are challenging, always different and I always have a good time doing them. The coaches are amazing and are passionate about what they do! They make me want to work harder! Everyone at OTF is welcoming- from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave after having worked out. Having done many types of workouts and attending many different clubs, I feel that OTF is the place for me! I know that we will have a long relationship!

First time visiting this location - my home studio is Birmingham. I liked how much space there was during the Lift 45 class. The coach was really good, too. Enjoyed my visit and will be back!

Everything about OTF pumps me up :) I really enjoy coming for a workout to the club and feel its worth every penny I have invested in. The music, ambience and staff are really welcoming and positive. The place in general is motivating and energizing!Ashley & Jamie are my favorite coach, they cheer me up to beat my best record every time I workout!

This is the best gym I have ever been to because the customer service is just amazing everyone there is so respectful and makes sure you’re having a great time, and they have great workout machines.

Love the workouts. I’ve go t to many gyms but OTF is the only gym that keeps me coming back. 3 years and still look guests to going. The coaches are very motivating and love my workout friends. It’s like family
