They gave the wrong medication even though it's a controlled substance, refuse to fix it and give me the correct medication even after they printed the correct script which I already showed. I paid 12$ more out of pocket for the wrong medication. The people here are extremely careless and unprofessional. Even my doctor doesn't want to deal with them anymore. I'll be switching to a more coordinated pharmacy.

Horrible customer service! I went through the drive through to pick up my medication and was told nothing was there for me which was a lie because I work at the office where my doctor works and was told that it was sent. Then after looking the tech saw that it was there but it wasn’t filled yet. She became upset because I wanted to use my goodrx card instead of my insurance and rolled her eyes! I will never get another script filled here again and will not refer any of our patients to this location EVER AGAIN!Meijer pharmacy located at Marketplace Circle in Rochester Hills,MI

Had prescription sent in for 5 pills of an antibiotic and then they only gave me 3 of the 5 telling me to come back for the other 2 pills the next day. I show up for the other 2 and they say I have to wait 20 minutes? What kind of bs is that. Why not just give me my full prescription in the first place? Luckily a lady stepped in and helped but still very unnecessary stress was added to my day

I have had a very pleasant experience at Meijer pharmacy. They are very professional, I put my prescription in got a text when it was ready and picked up at drive thru.Thank you Meijer ?nice and convenient.

Ricky M. has poor customer service as well as the Manager on staff Aruna D. This pharmacy hires the most unprofessional people ever. They do not acknowledge you and seem inconvenienced when you just want your prescription. I know Meijer has to see the horrible reviews customers consistently give the pharmacy and I'm just assuming at this point they just don't care. Please take your prescriptions some place else.

Every time I call to get my prescription filled, they would first tell me they don't see anything for me or that it's not ready to be filled. After some prodding, they would suddenly have access to the prescription... Do not brush aside these little mistakes as I did because these minor "errors" can cause significant issues if you are taking medication on a daily basis. They let my monthly prescription expire without notifying me. I had called to ask if it was possible to get the prescription transferred to another Meijer location, but that I'd be ok with picking it up here. They assured me it was no problem. They realized they wouldn't be able to fill the prescription at the second location and rather just filling my prescription at this location, they let the prescription expire.I rely on a controlled substance medication to be able to function and do my job. It is dangerous for me to drive without it. Thanks to this pharmacy's incompetence, I'm unable to do my job properly until my doctor and I can figure out our next steps.

This is my regular pharmacy, been using them for 2 years now. I've had the pharmacy say multiple times that my drs office hasn't sent prescriptions, sent the wrong amount or didn't fill out needed paperwork and after hours of going back and forth the pharmacy all of a sudden is able to fill it without any additional information being sent from my dr that they originally said they needed. My dr has also been surprised by the length of time it has taken them to get medications in at the right dose, said he's never had that issue before. This is multiple dr offices that have had issues with the pharmacy so I know it's not the dr that is the common factor. Some of the pharmacy staff are awesome and some seem annoyed to have to deal with you. I do feel for them in these stressful 2020 times but I wish they would maybe hire more staff to reduce the burden and improve moral or maybe implement some better standard protocols.I've been debating for a while to change but the convenience of the location and having all my stuff on file has kept me there. Next issue I have though, will probably be the last straw in the long list of issues I've had.

Incredible pharmacy, I just hate how overworked everyone is. They do so much to make sure their job is done right and patients are satisfied- I just wish they had a bit more people working there to help.
