Inconsistency answers from employees and extremely poor customer service in store

Went today and had to leave because I started having a reaction to the brand new essential oil diffusers. This was an unpleasant surprise. If you have asthma, allergies, suffer from migraines or headaches I do not recommend this location. Diffusers have no place in public settings, there is a reason they warn against using diffusers with pets, pregnant women, children, and those with health issues I listed above. PLEASE remove these diffusers.

it’s surprising there’s bad reviews. The shopping experience was fine. The shop is clean, organized, their is a wide selection and staff is nice.

This location is absolutely terrible. If you want to be treated like the garbage on the side of the road, make sure to shop here. Manager thinks he is Chip Wilson in the flesh.

I called this place to ask aboout stock on a product. A girl with a british accent picked up with a severe attitude and called me a werido before even starting the conversation. Stay away!! Bad representation on the business, I will not be shopping here.

Never so disappointed as this particular store breaks the “quality promise” over a quality issue for Aligns purchased at this specific store. The male manager said their policy recently changed and this store has become more strict. The “quality promise” is flimsy and apparently up to the discretion of the individual stores and which way the wind is blowing that day. They attempted to fish for any and all reasons to say “NO”. I then took this to Somerset, and they took care of me instantly and followed thru with the “quality promise” with no questions asked. Shame on Lululemon Rochester Hills!! I will be taking all my future business to Somerset location. Big Thank You to the Somerset Lululemon store for wiping up after Rochester Hills Lululemon!

Zero stars. The WORST Lulu store EVER. Rude staff, will not acknowledge when you walk in and will ask if you want a bag (even if you have a pile of items). Last and my final straw - they cancelled an online order not even 24 hours later. The items WERE in stock.

I visited this location today for two reasons. I brought in some purchased used items I no longer wear for the buy back program and brought in a pair of leggings I wanted fixed due to an issue. They made the buy back transition so easy, and replaced my leggings with a brand new pair. Super satisfied customer. Thank you lululemon

I normally love this lululemon, they are always stocked with everything and is super flexible. I came into this Lululemon with a pair of leggings to exchange for quality promise. I was not a fan of these leggings so i asked to exchange them for a pair that was more expensive but was willing to pay the difference of the leggings. I have done this at other stores and at this location before and have had absolutely no issues. The workers proceeded to tell me that exchanging the leggings was against store policy and under no circumstances would break the policy. They told me that every other store has broken store policy and to go back to that store “so they can break the policy again.” I have talked to a manager at the somerset location before and have been told that it is within store policy and i would be able to exchange them with no problem. The employees were extremely disrespectful and as soon as i walked away they talked about negatively about the group i was in within earshot. I have worked in retail before so I understand that it is not ideal to walk in 30 minutes before closing, but customer service should never be thrown away especially when we are there to spend our money. They followed us out of the store and instantly locked the doors 5 minutes before closing. I normally love this store but today i am in complete utter shock and disappointment. I normally love the environment but today i have never felt more disrespected.
