We drove 45 minutes (our nearest Lowe’s) only for nobody to be working in the kitchen department. It’s adding up why the Lowe’s in my town shut down.

Lowe's curbside pickup failed to meet expectations. After an 18-minute wait for a single item, I went inside to seek assistance. Staff seemed uninformed and eventually located an employee who was seemingly unoccupied. This Lowe's location should not offer curbside pickup if it cannot be executed efficiently.

The window screens are not organized by the pricing tag underneath each clump, but rather haphazardly. It took a bit of digging around for my dad and I to find the correct roll for my needs.

I won't mention the name of a large and well-known local competitor, but we all know which store it might be. I will tell you that I hate going in that other competing store, I literally had three issues in one week there. Not the case at this Lowe's location, it is completely the opposite and what a refreshing change. I would rather travel extra distance to this store instead, such is the difference in the customer service experience. I definitely feel this Lowe's location is a cut above and is an example of how someone should feel shopping at a chain. One person in particular, the manager of the lawn and garden area, helped me so tremendously that I had to call the main Lowe's customer service number with positive feedback, and also leave this review based on that one interaction. I am not sure if his name is spelled "Jacky" ... he was so amazing that it was almost hard to believe customer service like this still existed. He took such an interest in my personal situation that I didn't feel like "a number" or just another person calling the store. This person alone has really made me a Lowe's fan and cheerleader all the way. I hope he will be recognized because he really should be promoted to a more significant position within the company; his approach is that notable and commendable. I hope he knows he is appreciated by the customers and also more importantly, the store. Please thank him for me!

Bought some black mulch on sale for $2 a bag. Went to the loading area and watched the Summer seasonal workers load up 60 bags in the back of a Jeep infront of me. When they were done without hesitation, they came right over and started loading my 10 bags. You guys are kicking butt! Keep up the good work.
