I worked very closely with Mike from Lovesac located in Rochester hills. He helped build the configuration and was so patient with me while I was picking colors for the couch. Even after the delivery was done, Mike stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed in order to set up our couches and our surround sound system. I really appreciate everything that he's done. He has excellent customer service skills and is awesome overall 100/10 recommend if you plan on buying a Lovesac go to this location and ask for Mike!

Was looking at different couches online and my wife wanted to check out the Lovesac. This was a delight compared to other furniture stores and the 2 people working were very helpful and we ended up purchasing a new couch. Highly recommend!

We love our Love Sac, just added on to it. we have had it two years, have set it up as a long couch, a L shape, a relaxing movie bed. we have 10 grandchildren and 3 large dogs, this is perfect for everyone to relax and not worry, all is washable. we also have the Movie Sac and pillow sac, have washed the covers several times and look fabulous. the Grandkids, jump from one to the other, the dogs think it's the best bed ever, we find them to be extremely comfortable and relaxing options. treat yourself to worry free furniture, you won regret it!

I believe people won't shop at the store because they don't allow their employees to ever sit and I mean ever. Businesses that treat their product and feature their product better than human beings who work for them is inhuman. I will not support a business like this and would not purchase from them until they change this ridiculous policy.

I went into my local Lovesac store and received absolutely wonderful results. The staff was incredibly helpful and I gave their store 5/5 stars.So why 3/5 here? The shipping for Lovesac makes no sense and no one has responded to any of my questions. Lovesac ships with FedEx. I have an account with them and can track my delivery. This is fine. What is not fine is seeing half of the delivery being returned to Lovesac while the other half seems to be on it's way to me. May I also add that according to tracking this return is at Lovesac's request, not mine or FedEx.I wouldn't be so upset if Lovesac had contacted me about any issues but they have said nothing. I have reached out to their support through both text and email. No response.Edit: In the 2hours since my review I was finally able to talk to someone from Lovesac and got the matter sorted. I am giving back a star for their explanation.

Great experience. The staff was helpful, but never pushy. They took my information and contacted me when there were sales, but never pressured for a purchase.

I love my Lovesac. I purchased about 6 months ago and stopped in to add a piece for a different configuration. The sales team was easy to work with and very helpful. They also remember me when I come in and that is always a nice feeling.

My overall experience with Lovesac has been excellent. While I was in the showroom the staff was wonderful. They patiently answered all my questions. I could tell that they genuinely believe in the products and the brand. I’m very excited for my sactional to be delivered so I can start my new comfort journey.

Had no idea what to expect going in...Ashley and Wesley treated us with respect and explained everything multiple times until I understood what I needed to know.Amazing atmosphere and top notch quality units. Just to bad I couldn't afford the stealth system with my purchase. ?

Fantastic shopping experience. Staff were very knowledgeable of the products. They were able to answer all of my questions in person and over the phone. Ashley and Garret were particularly helpful. They clearly communicated with each other and with me. Other retailers should take note on how to operate a showroom.
