the ladies at this lab were so amazing! I had my 3 hour glucola done here today for my pregnancy and Andrea was so lovely, warm and helpful. She took amazing care of me and made the long 3+ hour appt very comfortable and enjoyable. Don’t let the reviews fool you. These ladies are working extremely HARD at this very busy location ♥️.

Floored by the number of low reviews for this location.I had blood work done midday on a Monday and expected the worst based on these reviews. Even brought my work laptop in case it took a while to see me.I was in and out of their office in 7 minutes. I was greeted by an incredibly kind woman who located my order and got me setup for my blood draw. I was immediately placed into a patient room and as soon as a sat down the lab tech was right there to take my blood. Super nice woman. Great sense of humor. Less than a minute later I was told I was good to go.Do NOT hesitate going to this location. Great experience.

I usually get my blood work done here, and I go on a Saturday morning so there's always a wait time. But the staff are really skilled, they make the process easier, quicker and painless as possible.

Laziest slowest people ever. This lady sits chatting with her friend about nothing for a half hour and ignored everyone. This whole staff should be fired. Never seen such unconsiderate people in my life!

Before choosing this lab, I looked at the reviews and there were so many negative ones that I almost called my doctor to send the paperwork somewhere else.Boy was I glad I didn't change based on a few reviews. I had the BEST EXPERIENCE today. I walked in and took a number. I was third in line and it only took 5 minutes in the waiting room to be called back! My doctor had faxed the paperwork instead of keying it into the system. I thought this might cause a delay and it did not! The billing person entered everything with a few key strokes and I was good to go back and have blood drawn. Again, no wait! The technician came right in and was fully prepared to complete my blood draw.My visit was less than 10 minutes from start to finish! So glad this lab is close to home. I will return for the next blood draw. Thank you!!

Long lines and wait. Nurse who drew my blood was good. They never uploaded my test results into myBeaumontChart. Called and left messages asking them to do so and got no answer and no response. Would not recommend if you want a thorough job. Try Troy.

Every time I come to this lab, I hate it, unfortunately it's the closest one to me.The people in the office are the slowest I've ever seen. Had to wait over 30 minutes with only 4 people in front of me, and I was just getting a urinalysis.

45min wait for specimen drop off eben though I was 4th on the line. This absolutely unbelievable.

Nurses working 7/8/23 are incredibly unprofessional. The last I attempted to have blood drawn here I arrived with my children at 11:48 and was told they were closed.Today my wife went in at 11:50 and was laughed at for apologizing for getting there during operating hours. The nurse complained it takes thirty minutes to do a blood draw. If it’s a problem, close your practice sooner.

Don’t go early in the morning. Every time I go here, it takes an hour. Always a line and you have to take a number. Then there aren’t enough seats so people have to stand in the hall.

The OBGYN is terrible here, my friend had went here multiple times, the appointments she was going to were only supposed to take ten minutes at MOST. They take AT LEAST 50 minutes to get you into the back room even when they’re not busy and the OBGYN takes at least 30 MINUTES to come in the room to talk to you for what is supposed to be a short appointment. I would not recommend going to this doctor along with staff being very disrespectful. I would put zero stars but it won’t allow me to do it.

One of the best blood lab experiences. My almost 2 year old daughter needed blood work and this was by far the best experience she has ever been through. Quick and minimal crying with tons of care. Thank You!

Every time I come here everyone is friendly and blood drawn quickly. Yes there can be a long line but it's like that everywhere.
