Shopping today and employee Guadalupe was busy working hard but twice she took the time to help me and had such an awesome attitude,I hope her manager could do something nice for her.Employees like that it will definitely make this my choice of stores to shop.

This shop dosent offer you anything,i was there to get beers and they dosent let me because my wife dosen't have her Id and I come back 1 day later alone to takes beers again and they dont let me to take beers because I was one day before whith a person who dosent has her ID like 1 day before, I think they dont want to sell beers anymore .

The cashier at self scan was very nice. I had an issue with something not ringing up right. She figured out the problem immediately.

The shop is big, but to my surprise, it doesn't offer a great variety for the items I was looking for. However, the mixed berries were not that fresh compared to other local grocery shops, such as Bush's.
I was looking for a roasted chicken to have a quick dinner at work because of an incoming deadline, and I couldn't find any.
I was also looking for small water bottles (200 ml) to fit in a small bag to bring to work, and there was none available. Taking into consideration the low quality of bottled water in the US, I am quite picky about brands and taste. The water selection was almost inexistent. Just a few brands. There were only 5 packages of canned salmon of the brand I usually buy for my salads. Overall it is ok but there are better places.

Justin, the greeter at the self check out is 100% on top of things. All with a cheerful smile. He is very helpful and consistently focused on responding to customers needs. I was very impressed.

Clean store with friendly staff but on weekends produce area is almost always bare...like the store is closing. Sad considering I've been a customer of this location for decades but now prefer to drive to other locations, further away, that are always stocked.

Worst experience at a Kroger, we wanted the purple rose bush but the only one was dying. So naturally we asked for the manager to see if they had a fresh one or could do a discount om the dying one and instead the lady that came out was very aggressive and rude and said she "doesn't even have a machine in this section to mark down anything" so "it's not for sale" and snatched it away and took it.....very rude and we probably still would have bought the plant if she didn't take it ......usually have much better experience at Kroger

Good selections but not a fan of self checkout and no other option being available at certain times. You should always have a Cashier... or... offer patrons 20% off the total for doing a Cashier's work. I'd even take 300 fuel points for purchases over $150 :)

The overweight, redheaded female pharmacy technician is extremely rude. I went to get a refill for my medication, she threw it back in my face, stating they were "all out." Will be going to Meijer instead.
