I recently took my e-bike to KLM Bikes for a flat tire repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The technician found a thorn that was a massive 3 inches long stuck in the tire—a clear reason why I kept getting flats! They were quick to diagnose the issue, and they even helped me replace the tubing with high-quality materials to ensure a smoother ride going forward. Wow!! What awesome customer service! I was buying a bike for the first time on my own. The employees were very helpful and listened to what my needs/plans are and were able to match the right bike for me. Instead of just letting me buy a new seat and have another sale, they encouraged me and explained why I needed to really ride my new bike for awhile before buying a new seat. I will definitely be going back and recommend my friends and family to KLM.

Excellent experience. A repair person came to my home right away to help me properly use a tire pump. He was very helpful and advised me to get a bike pump and showed me how to use it, and explained to me how much air my bike tires should have. I am very pleased with this bike shop.

They gave me good advice when purchasing a new bike, with no pressure. They did a micro-adjust on the shifting a few days later with no waiting. They didn't have the size and color helmet in stock but they ordered it quickly. They have a good stock of everything that you need for your riding experience. The staff are adults and are actively involved in the local riding scene.

I can always count on KLM! I brought my bike in today for repair. Service technician looked at it right away and it was fixed within 20 minutes. While I waited I looked around at bikes and shoes.
There were salesmen there ready to help and answer my questions without being pushy.
