Bank hours say they are open until 12:00 on Saturday. Got there before noon and the doors were locked. Unacceptable!

They flat out lied. Came in for change they stated I needed an account. Informed them that i do this at several locations for my job, now they just don't have change. Lol

I must give enormous thanks to Andrea, Athena, and Alca (Forgive me if I miss spelled your names). There was fraudulent activity on my debt account, I was very concerned and upset apon my arrival. They reassured me they'd find the problem and settle any issues. They worked together (very quickly I must say 10-15mins tops) took care of the fraudulent charges appearing on my account. Ordered me a brand new debt card, and also provided a temporary card until my new debt card arrives. This process was all made very easy for me due to their professionalism and A1 customer service. Thank you Ladys for providing top notch care for your customers. You all deserve to be giving a raise in my opinion. I will refer this location to friends and family. I will also give my business for any and all of my future banking endeavors. Once more, I appreciate the time you gave me, along with the hospitality and grace that all of you attributed while tending to my account. I'm far from a billionaire, but was treated like royalty. Today you accomplished creating an extremely satisfactory customer experience. From my heart to yours, I wish of you a thousand Blessings. Happy Holidays to you and your families.

I would not waste my time with this establishment. I was misinformed/lied to about some important information and rather than just apologize and own it they lied to me. "Oh no male is working right now" as the guy who lied to me walks out of the back room. I can promise you that regardless of the benefits or perks of banking through Huntington, this location deserves absolutely zero business. Do better.

I don’t think the manager knows what good customer service means. I mean you could have bank rules but at least be nice on explaining these rules to customers

Been in a few times for deposits always out within 5 minutes. I was having an issue thanks to the bank down town. Went into the Auburn location and they took care of it in a couple minutes.

Easily the worst bank there is. Takes over 30 minutes to make a deposit. When there’s no line. Staff is extremely rude as well
