This hurts location didn’t have the vehicle I was told I was supposed to get. they told me I can get something that wouldn’t work and if I didn’t work oh well that’s not their problem. Customer service is poor and I would not recommend to anybody

I rented a midsize suv for a work trip from here in February of 2024. Zebastian was a pleasant person to deal with and I have no complaints about him. It took about 20 minutes to pick up my vehicle because for some reason neither Zebastian or I could remove my last employers corporate code from my reservation so the price of the rental was incorrect, but finally they were able to figure out how to update it. I returned the vehicle on the day I had scheduled to return it and that took about 10 minutes. I have no complaints about anything related to this hertz location and I recommend them.

The rental car was great Zebastian was a pleasant young man. But, the 3 is for the telephone system they have set up.It takes forever to to listen to these long prompts about which service you in search of. Which is very time-consuming and a waste of my. No wonder Enterprise Rent-A-Car is winning!In the future I'm going back to Enterprise they awesome.

No key drop for after hours. Got charged $20 in fuel even though I filled it up less than 2 miles from drop off. Not impressed.

Avoid renting here. Hands down the worst rental experience I've ever had and I've been a loyal Hertz customer for 25+ years. It took 4 cars to get one that worked correctly and on the last visit, despite being patient and sympathetic with the agent, he got angry with me for requesting a replacement vehicle even though the car he rented to me the day before was unsafe to drive. He offered no apology and stormed around the place. The only positive was the manger intervened and I finally ended up with a newer car that was clean and had no issues.

Put a stupid key drop at your location. How hard is that? This office decided to close early on a day we’re moving to TX and put a sign up saying the car is our responsibility and return the key in 2 days when they’re open. Ummm put a key drop you idiots!

Bad customer service! Be aware, my husband had a reservation to pick up the car on Wednesday, August 2 at 8:30am, when we got there the car wasn’t ready for pick up. We had a road trip plan to Niagara Falls plan that delayed our family vacation. We have to wait for them to clean the car; however the cleaning was done badly.
