Whatever you do check the car throughly and make sure you don’t leave anything in the car before you drop your key in the box because they won’t answer the phones and you may only get a few of your items back.

Matt really went above and beyond to find me the type of vehicle I'd booked online. Great customer service, kept me updated, and the check-out process to get the car was easy and quick. I'll definitely be renting from this location again!

Matt is the best!! Provided great customer service, above and beyond. Even with a very busy day, maintained a great attitude and excellent service!! I highly recommend this location for rental over enterprise.
Just wanted to send an update.. again, Matt is absolutely great!! There was a slight problem with the rental. Matt said he would take care of me when I returned the rental, and he did.. just want to let Hertz management know that they have a absolutely excellent employee! Its people like Matt that keep people coming back to Hertz!!

I am currently renting a Trailblazer from Hertz in Rochester Hills, MI. Upon receiving the car, everything was fine. I initially was told I would be given a Malibu, but they gave me the Trailblazer. I did not notice the terrible old stain on the driver's seat until I got home and out of the vehicle. I then looked at the floorboard and yet another stain they attempted to clean. This is not what I expected from a rental. I have called the office three times today trying to get in touch with someone and no one will pick up the phone. This is terrible customer service coming from Hertz. This is not how you treat customers.

Andy is a true professional, there’s no way I’d recommend going to any other Hertz location. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in and even showed us additional perks we had no clue about with our gold membership! Totally recommend coming to this location! My spouse and I are beyond satisfied!

This hurts location didn’t have the vehicle I was told I was supposed to get. they told me I can get something that wouldn’t work and if I didn’t work oh well that’s not their problem. Customer service is poor and I would not recommend to anybody

I rented a midsize suv for a work trip from here in February of 2024. Zebastian was a pleasant person to deal with and I have no complaints about him. It took about 20 minutes to pick up my vehicle because for some reason neither Zebastian or I could remove my last employers corporate code from my reservation so the price of the rental was incorrect, but finally they were able to figure out how to update it. I returned the vehicle on the day I had scheduled to return it and that took about 10 minutes. I have no complaints about anything related to this hertz location and I recommend them.

The rental car was great Zebastian was a pleasant young man. But, the 3 is for the telephone system they have set up.It takes forever to to listen to these long prompts about which service you in search of. Which is very time-consuming and a waste of my. No wonder Enterprise Rent-A-Car is winning!In the future I'm going back to Enterprise they awesome.
