I received 4 sets of retainers in May and they didn’t fit. I called 1-2 times a month to get an appointment, I never received a call back. I finally got ahold of someone and at my appointment today I was told I will only be getting 2 sets and anything more is around 450$. I was told the reasoning was the previous orthodontist who did all my invisiline always ordered 4 sets and the new one only does 2. It is not my fault my original sets were ordered wrong and now I have to pay 900$ for extra retainers. Poor customer service. Also my appointment was for 1:00, I didn’t see anyone until 1:35 because the orthodontist was late from lunch. I will not be recommending great expressions to anyone.

This place is trash! They will cancel your appointment 1 day before your appointment, and won’t give you a reason. AND won’t answer the phone when you try and call to make a new appointment or even ask the reason why. They next answer the phone and the main off lady said “yeah they dont ever answer their phone” so basically avoid this location at all cost.

AVOID. No one answers the phone and they don’t stick to their original contracts. I signed and did all my invisiline with the previous orthodontist and now the new one does things different. Never know what you are going to get. I’ve also been trying to contact corporate customer service for 2 weeks. Nothing. If they decide to change their mind in treatment and it costs you more money there is no one to help… at all.

The Rochester ortho office is by far one of the worst Orthodontist offices I have ever had to deal with, which is unfortunate because the actual techs are awesome and kind.First, it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone or give you a callback or provide any follow-up. I understand this is a busy establishment however, every time I am physically there. The front desk is usually on her personal phone doing nothing. Why do I have to physically drive to this place of business to get my questions answered, make payment arrangements, or schedule an appointment for my daughter? These things could be handled via phone if someone would just answer.The morale of this company has dropped since 2020 when my daughter first got her braces. What makes matters worse is when talking to others regarding Great Expressions everyone I know has had horrible experiences with them as well.My recommendation. Save yourself headaches and frustration. Stay away and find a different Ortho

AVOID AT ALL COST. The front line workers are really nice people.. Juliette is my girl! Through the two years I was a patient.. she was nothing but kind, every time! but this company must be ran by the Emperor Palpatine or worst.. the man with the mustache who ran Germany those years back..I say all that to say.. The higher ups do not care about people. Search for a company who will be honest with you. Kasey Cartrette is horrible. This lady moves very shady and I advise those to get everything she says in writing..Dr. Che... a confused man. He gets cocky by saying "his brain is the computer" but in reality. I had braces for two years and I STILL HAVE SPACES. I really wish the doctor I started with didn't quit. He was a smart man. Dr Che is also quitting Great expressions soon. You have to ask yourself.. why can't this company keep a dentist?Overall. I'm with aspen dental now and a local ortho that's black owned.. I'm in the best hands possible now.Thank you Great expressions for just being terrible :)

Doctor Chan was so on top of his game, very thorough and able to diagnose and provide all the necessary information I needed, but here’s the real kicker, they were able to schedule me to begin my treatment plan right away. The office is also squeaky clean and well decorated to provide an ambience like no other. The staff are kind, professional and very well meaning, 5/5 stars, I definitely recommend! JMK 3/22/23

This is one of the best places for orthodontics . Ms. Juliette went above and beyond in helping my family with their ortho care. She assisted my family after an emergency repair and took the extra time to help calm my family. It was comforting in knowing that they are always available and willing to help outside of their normal schedule or duties. Highly recommend this location and look for Ms. Juliette.

My 10 year old got braces and so far we are pleased . Dr and nurses very attentive.Front desk they still make a fuss about face mask I don’t mind it but please don’t be rude about it. ( When I did seen other workers without or not using properly )Overall I will recommend them .Will keep updating as we go .

Avoid corporate dental offices if you can - GEDC in particular. While this office isn't as dirty as others, the people that work there will say whatever to get you to sign that payment plan. I asked what would happen when I moved and was told - more than once - that I just let them know, make my last payment and that's it. How did I ever believe that? We've moved, my child has braces that haven't been touched for months - also bad advice to even start when they knew we were moving. Now I owe varying amounts of money depending on the day and/or the person. Great way to get paid for not providing services... Seeking legal advice now!

Staff was friendly and the facility is nice (they have a scanner for making retainers so you don't have to bite into the disgusting Playdoh stuff anymore!)

Love Dr. Chae, and all of the staff! From the front desk the dental assistants they are all pleasant! Would highly recommend
