Bad experience, from start to finish. Walked in and got in line. When it was my turn, the stylist walked away without checking me in, didn't acknowledge me whatsoever and the other stylist had to correct her. Didn't get so much as a "hi, how are you".She was rude and condescending to other customers. I wanted to comment on her behavior but seeing as she had my son in her chair, I kept my mouth shut.We've been here numerous times, but the last 2 visits sealed the deal of us never returning. Each time, I've asked them to do the same hair cut that we've been getting, as they save that information in their system. The last time, we had a different stylist that took it upon herself to ignore the previous haircuts and cut/styled it how she saw fit. We had to go back later that day to get it fixed. This visit was turning into the same scenario. The stylist ignored what we asked and proceeded to do what she wanted with my sons hair. I had to step in twice and say no, that's not what we asked for. My son is super shy and doesn't speak up for himself but I could see he was visibly upset with what they were doing. Both times I stepped in to say no, this isn't right, she wanted to argue with me. By the end of this nightmare, I was on the phone with Randolphs Salon to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick fix while my son was fighting back tears.Unfortunately I don't know this stylists name but she should probably pick a new profession and definitely needs a personality check

Diana gave me probably the best haircut of my life. Holds her own against any barber. Plus super friendly. Hair cut probably cost me $19 + a tip. All and all a good experience from a local shop.

I got a terrible haircut from detroit barbers!!! Came into great clips so they could save my hair ! Faith did an awesome job! now i can go to a wedding with out a hat!! Thanks again!!

This place is great. Always give me a great haircut. Prices are fair and they even keep track of how you want your haircut from last time on their computer system.

I have been going there since a couple of years. Only the main lady is good. Everyone else don’t know what they are doing. Came out with a very uneven hair cut. Disappointed. Not going back there.

Awful, to say the least. Diana the hair stylist was cruel, annoying and rude. I walked in for a haircut. I set down then I told her I had a bit of product in my hair. She asked which kind. I told her loreal product of some kind. Then she proceeded to tell me about deals for product there. I understand they're a business trying to make money. I made it clear I wasn't interested but thanks. At that point she was persistent and kept going on about it. I told her I'm not interested I get a discount where I work. At that point she asked where. I told her, and I also told her we sell the same stuff. At that point she flip out. Stating the stuff you sell is fake. And harassing me. Pushing a bottle of product in my face. It was super uncomfortable. She then got rough cutting my hair. She then started talking to me about my beard. Asking if I'd like any work done there. I again told her I was uninterested. She proceed to tell me about a laser hair salon she worked at. And would not stop. Diana has no idea how to cut hair either. She shaved a huge chunk of my hair away above me ear. *see picture. I called the call center. The guy I spoke to seemed like he had ZERO interest in helping me or any type of empathy for my situation. DO NOT GO HERE.
