Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!

I ship packages almost daily through FedEx and this has to be the worst location, which is unfortunate because it’s right next to my home. My biggest complaint with this location is they are never open. I have attempted several times to ship from this location and each time i visit the store it’s closed. I have tried before noon, 1pm and 3pm and each and every time they are closed or the sign says “Be back in 20 minutes”. I’ve waited the 20 minutes and no one returned.

Antonio and Shane are absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, regardless of whether it's to ship a package, print business cards, custom signs, or even my Valentine's Day(any holiday) cards or even simple print jobs; they both always make me feel welcome, address any and all questions I have and give great advice for layouts.The only time I was ever unsatisfied; which was because of my poor graphic skills, they calmly asked questions in regards to why I was unhappy with the product and then they went way above and beyond to help me create what I was trying to create.They are amazing all stars and everyone should come see them. They are the best!Thank you both so much!!!!!! ?You make all printing and shipping easy and dare I say fun.

Love it when they’re open, but the hours seem to be unreliable. Been wandering the store for 40 minutes waiting for them to open, but apparently they’re not going to do that today. 9:40am on a Thursday, the hours clearly posted right behind the gate saying open at 9am.

This is the third time I have come here to pick up a package and found the store closed with no notice posted about why or when it will reopen. I have an important item that is now 'stuck' here that is needed for a client. This was today (a Thursday) at 1PM.

This is a great fedex. It is located inside Walmart along the front wall. I use it to ship out items sold on ebay. Staff is friendly. Haven't had any problems.

FedEx is HORRIBLE if you must get a delivery through FedEx CANCEL IT!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!!!! First of all FedEx will take almost an hour before you can speak to someone, they will put you on hold and send you to someone else who won't pick up the phone, you would just get hung up on. Then they will tell you that they are taking care of it or they're going to call someone else to let them know about your package and package number and they will give you a call back, they NEVER call back. If you need to get something, go to Amazon because FedEx is f****** up everyone's packages. oh yeah, my package also got split into two pieces and they never notified me that I have two tracking numbers , and I was never able to find out when the packages might ever show up. I absolutely hate and detest FedEx now.
