Business travel a few nights here.Super nice and helpful front desk staff.Hotel is newish , clean, and well maintained.Nice gym and pool. Good breakfast in the morning.My room was clean and comfortable.Tv worked well. Large shower good water flow.My only issue the bathroom floor was sticky on my arrival. A quick wipe down and it is fine. I did share this with the front desk. Very apologetic, not a big deal but they need to know if a place this nice has an issue. I will be back. Great place , nice part of town also, a lot of dining options in the evening.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Suites in Rochester Hills, Michigan and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a great value for the price, and the free breakfast is a definite highlight. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot items like eggs and sausage. It was a great way to start the day and provided a good fuel for exploring the area.Another standout feature of this hotel is the heated pool. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a treat to come back to the hotel and relax in the warm water. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the temperature of the water was perfect. Whether you're traveling with kids or simply want to unwind, the heated pool at Fairfield Suites is a great amenity to have. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and the added benefits of a delicious breakfast and a heated pool.

First, this is a nice, new hotel. We stayed in a disability room so my mother in law could get around.The most amazing thing was the breakfast service. We entered the breakfast area about one half-hour before it ended only to find it devastated. Most food was gone, and the area was a mess. No fault of the staff as it was obvious that families from a youth travel team had eaten all at once. The fantastic upside is their entire staff worked furiously to recover and even extend breakfast. All food was restocked, and the area cleaned. My family cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts. What I first thought would be a bad start to a day turned out to be a wonderful experience. Employees of that level of patience and service are too rare. I thank them all on behalf of my family and myself.Rooms: The disability access room was nice. This one had a tub, but still very doable.

Favorite place to stay near Troy for a single night. Ive stayed here a few times. Everything is brand new and really clean. Breakfast in AM is hit or miss.

NEVER AGAINWe had power and AC in and off all night .Pillows were stinky and smelled like sweat.No soap bar , no shower gel , no shampooThe shower tub and elevator had hand print all over and dirty .NEVER AGAIN

Really nice hotel, especially for a quick stay. Wouldnt have minded staying here longer if I had to but we only stayed for one night because my cousins wedding was in the area. The place was nice and clean from the lobby to the room we were staying in. The service was great and they have complimentary breakfast. I unfortunately decide to sleep through the breakfast so cant tell you how it was, but if your looking for somewhere to stay I would recommend this place.Rooms: Nice and cleanFood & drinks: Complimentary breakfast and snacks to buy at the desk

Passing through town, we found this location to be clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. I have seen some reviews that were negative and can't imagine having any complaints about this conveniently placed and reasonably priced hotel. I have a relative in the area and will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Overall great stay, I only had one issue. I went to go get coffee at like 4:30am and it was ice cold, the woman said she just put that out with an attitude. Needless to say I asked if I could get some hot coffee and she complained but said she would get some out. About 45 minutes later it still wasn't changed. Luckily the manager was there and fixed the issue.

Put me in a room right next to the kitchen. I checked in around 1am & there was banging from the kitchen from 5am-10am. Walls are paper thin so I got practically no sleep.Room was a dirty. Found multiple toenails in the carpet next to the bed. Hairs on bathroom floor and on shower walls. Random pieces of styrofoam all along floor. Makes me question if the room was cleaned.

Room 200 was a nearly perfect location for us on an extended stay with kids -- across from the laundry room and easy access to a side door where we could park. The pool was in terrific condition and the family enjoyed breakfast.The only problems were minor: a broken USB charging outlet; it was a little difficult to create a "night light" using the bathroom light; we probably could have used the space of a suite but appreciated two separate real beds; some breakfast items would be consumed quickly and we didn't always get our first choice; the side entrance door would stick and not fully latch.Dining options are fairly good, some even walkable. However the area isn't exactly pedestrian friendly and locations are relatively far apart.It's a fair value, but not exceptional.Walkability: Sidewalks and restaurants within walking distance, but cars take priority in this area and everything is spread out.

Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.Bed was comfortable and able to get a comfortable room temperature with unit. Shower was clean and spacious with actually good quality shampoo/soap that didn’t leave my hair feeling like straw.Good fitness center with nice options, didn’t get a chance to go in the pool.Strong WiFi for business travelers. Netflix on the tv if you have account.Breakfast had some good options. The hot food not great but I don’t expect that from free hotel breakfast.Overall good stay and a solid option for those on business travels.

Great location with Tim’s rt next to them to have the easy walking access to food. New, clean hotel but terrible service. Not sure if they’re understaffed but in our 4 night stay, our room was never cleaned. We even asked them numerous times to do it & we were assured that it will be done & every time we came back to the room to find it undone. The reason we chose hotel over Airbnb is the benefit of coming to a clean room but sadly it was never done. We had our baby with us & having to smell the stinky diapers on a daily basis was not a pleasant experience. Terrible service.

Very spacious room with very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. Even the TV was easy to use and had a crystal clear picture. And when you wake up in the morning, you've got a free breakfast in the lobby, including delicious fresh-made waffles, omelets, sausage, bagels, cereals, yogurts, and fruits.And at this particular hotel, there's a brand new Tim Hortons right across the parking lot. In case you miss out on the coffee in the hotel lobby in the morning, there's delicious coffee, donuts, and other baked goods a few steps away. There's even a drive-thru in case you're too lazy to walk to the front of the store.

As a Platinum Elite member, I cannot recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay.My partner and I checked in late in the evening only to find that our room had not been properly cleaned. I initially found hair in the shower but threw it away and dismissed it because I thought it may have came from housekeeping while cleaning. Upon inspection of the bed, there was hair all over both sides of the bed and pillows. I pulled the covers only to find sheets that have been clearly slept in. (Sheets were not crisp and found another strand of sheets hair)I immediately reached out to the front desk about the issue and no action was taken until the next morning. We were offered 10,000 bonvoy points (upon request) for the issue but it was never deposited. I called and spoke with a manager, who responded that she would only be able to provide 5,000 points. It still has not been deposited.Overall disappointed in the level of cleanliness and service.
