I've been seeing Dr. Bijlani for about 5 months and my experience has been great so far! She uses an online portal where you can contact her directly and she's always been very quick to respond. She always checks in when I have my blood work done. My illness that I'm seeing her for was brought on by my pregnancy, so this has been a crazy last few months for me. I'm so appreciative I have been able to get the support and medication I've needed during this time. Thank you!!

Ive seen tons of doctors over the years, this office has been by far my favorite!!! The doctor is very kind and listens to all issues, she has helped me feel better when treating my issue. I feel the best ive felt in a long time. The staff out of all my doctor offices this office is very efficient on their turn around times for anything. You will not be disappointed when coming here!!! I have talked to every person in the office and they are all very friendly and fun. if i could give 10 stars i would!! this office broke my scale !! thank you rochester endocrinology staff

Been going to this office for over 2 years. Was very pleased with my Dr. however, I just went to get a medication refill I’ve been in for 2 years and was told I was no longer able to get a refill nor was the Dr going to attempt to try a prior authorization for approval. I received no notification of their policy change until I called for the refill. Staff were extremely rude to me. They were no help in trying to assist in my situation. They cancelled my upcoming appointment without telling me. I was told I could discuss my concerns with my Dr in July at the next available appointment. As a type 1 diabetic these medications have been life changing. Now I go without my medication and back to poor blood sugar control. Neglect on their part!

Would not recommend this office. After my first visit, I thought about leaving a bad review, but decided not to. I was completely dismissed during my appointment by Dr. Bijlani. She rushed through my appointment and barely asked me any questions. She refused to run bloodwork because she didn’t see a reason for it, despite my complaint about several concerning symptoms and requesting bloodwork to be done. Now, after calling their office for a simple question, the receptionist was completely rude to me from the moment she answered the phone and cut me off multiple times. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this doctor or their office.

Worseee front desk people, i also work at A Drs office and i have never been this rude to patients because thanks to the patients is that we haave a job… i spoke to 2 ladies trying to schedule an appointment and they were so rudeee… i feel bad for the patients that my dr has referred to Dr Bijlani, and from now on i will make sure no pts are being sent to this office…please dont wast your time with this office..

The worst front desk staff Iv ever encountered. As a patient, was treated extremely rudely because I missed their phone calls. I was asked what’s preventing me from being near my phone and was told to “pay attention” to my phone. Was never told what day/time frame I’d be called but regardless of having a daytime job I should just have the phone glued to my face. Even downloaded the patient portal because I was told they would contact via messaging, but inbox is empty… Not going back here again.

Dr. B is the most amazing endocrinologist! I wish she had a clone for everybody else who needs her. Always there for me when I need her, couldn’t recommend more.

Dr bijlani is the worst Endo and nearly killed me. I saw her for hyperthyroidism. This woman had me on the wrong dose of medication making my condition worse to the point that my thyroid was bulging so far out of my neck you could see it from a mile away. Under her care I then developed Graves’ disease AND alopecia because of the hyperthyroidism and my eyes bulged so far out as well that I almost needed surgery to push them back into the sockets of my eyes. She told me my only option was to have my thyroid fully removed and that I could only have surgery done at University of MI in Ann Arbor. I told her I knew a surgeon at a hospital much closer than 1 hour away where it would have been cheaper with my insurance. She told me I could not go there it had to be at u of m. Come to find out she’s got a deal with them so she gets a cut out of the money for sending patients there. After not liking the surgeon I met with or dr bijlani, after my thyroid getting progressingly worse, after losing all of my hair from the alopecia I opted to not return. Found a new doc at Henry ford downtown detroit who told me I don’t need surgery I’m just on the wrong medication which was worsening my condition which could have killed me by thyroid storm or from the heart condition the medication dose gave me. 5 years my hair finally came back, thyroid is down to normal size, levels are good. And to add, her front desk staff are very rude. When I stopped going here, dr bijlani literally called my nonstop leaving voicemails asking where I was and why I wasn’t coming in for an app. When I didn’t answer she called my parents I listed as emergency contacts on my patient form asking them where I was when I am a grown woman! And when they didn’t respond she called my family doctors office asked to speak to my doctor directly to ask him where I was like what a nut case! I would never return to a doctor who nearly killed me. Shame on you dr bijlani.

I've been a patient of Dr.Reshma Ramakrishnian for a few years. She is extremely thorough and caring. I am so happy I found her. The office staff is always so nice and ready to help/assist. I highly recommend Rochester Endocrinology Clinic!!
