Had a generally not-nice employee ring me up after sassily telling me that I was "in the wrong lane" for checking out. Sorry, it's hard to tell when no one else is around up front, and you're nowhere near the lane that is actually open, so I took a wild guess.
I work retail as well, and I totally get it, its not always sunshine & rainbows while on the clock, but I'd NEVER greet a customer like that. She silently rang me up & slapped my receipt on the counter afterwards.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is a lost cause and should be closed down. FILTHY, looks like a bomb went off, 1 person at checkout, Manager sits in office and refused/ignored request for help from staff and customers. Plenty of way better stores to spend my $ at.

The cashier who was working 5/26/24 at about 1230pm is incredibly rude. I will not be returning to this store ever again. I was checking out and I asked the cashier if she happened to have change for a 20$ in her drawer. She sighed and rudely said, "no, I'm not a bank." I proceeded to count my change/money for my total and I told her that was kind of rude to say. She shrugged and smirked then said in a very annoyed manner, "do you have the total for purchase or not." I couldn't believe how rude she was being and so I told her to cancel my purchase. She laughed as I walked out and she yelled for the whole store to hear, "I'm not responsible for your feelings."
I was soo upset and couldn't believe how someone could be soo rude for no reason.
I have read the past reviews of this place and there are multiple posts about how rude the employees are, I cannot believe the dollar general continues to employ such rude people. Please take your business somewhere else.

Wished the store had a frozen section sometimes you run out of items would be so convenient save me gas and time but its a nice clean place to shop.

The store is ok. Lots of items to choose from but don’t ask questions to the staff - you might get yelled at, made fun of or in general embarrassed. I’ll take my business elsewhere going forward.

Horrible manager just harrased by her and her co workers . Said we remain in 1 line that's how we do it here . Everyone was shocked how mean they were said I jumped out of line and refuse service when I didn't and the woman behind me said no I was in front her her the whole time . The management is behind in this location. Very recial feeling way I was looked at and told no service. I will be filling out some forms and report her and this location .

Store manager is incredibly rude, wouldn’t assist in finding a product, horrible attitude. Store also poorly laid out. Will not be shopping at this store again.

This store is in terrible shape. It has not been straightened in weeks and is a shambles. Hard to shop and not merchandised at all. A District Manager needs to get in there and help that team get it back into shape so it is able to be shopped!I would not recommend this location at all!!!

The female cashier was very rude to multiple people and wouldn't help the gentleman get his check outline down. The gentleman was extremely slow. The store looked disorganized.

Terrible Management...I had to use one of the restrooms, was told I could not use the women's - it was only for employees. Someone had to unlock the mens and let me in. I went in and as I was at the sink washing my hands, someone knocked. Before I could even answer, the manager unlocked the door and walked in on me!!! She kept sarcastically saying I didn't answer, but she never gave me a chance to! I would have REALLY been upset had I have been on the commode. She could have waited 30 seconds for me to answer. Very unprofessional. She was opening the door to use the restroom for herself. I'm not sure why she didn't use the women's - I was told it was specifically for employees.. And then get nasty with me after - miss me with that nonsense. Janet - Janice however she calls herself should be fired!

Doing a cash card the manager is scamming. Be aware. It's gonna be a inconvenient process because of this POS chic.
