Summer the manager in pharmacy is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER ENCOUNTERED when attempting to pickup a delivery. Understand if you get medicine from this pharmacy delivered that the manager summer will tell drivers that the name is not in the system simply because she feels like it!! She yells simply because someone doesn't do her command that's not her employee. I hope this pharmacy gets a better manager because I'm sure that won't be hard to find.

Wow, quite the experience and not in a good way! So I go to pick up my prescription in the drive-through and I give them my insurance card and the guy is saying that my sons date of birth is incorrect on my insurance card.I said, “what are you talking about? I’ve been using my insurance for the past year with zero issues on top of picking up a prescription for him two hours ago from another pharmacy.”He tried again same thing I told him to keep trying as I opened up my Blue Cross app showed him that my sons date of birth is correct.He tried a third time and then print ed out what he saw and what did I see…. He put my son in the system as a female!All he says loh wow I totally missed that”. Walked away and fixed it and then I was on my way. He didn’t even have the guts to cash me out and had some other random girl do it.I got no apology nothing!I would not recommend this place and I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-through for this person’s mishap of not following through properly.

Great Manager - Mike- & staff at this CVS. Excellent selection of merchandise including groceries, make up, toiletries and unique gifts. The coupons, promotions and sales are awesome - especially with high cost of so many things these days. Highly recommend this CVS.

Honestly I normally have a good experience but the last two times I've been there the pharmacy staff member I encountered was incredibly rude. First, I was going to get a prescription filled for my son. I went through the drive thru and she sent the paper prescription back through -"we don't have that" turns and walks away. Today, I got there about five minutes before their break (I know it was cutting it close but this transaction could have been handled in two or three minutes tops). The same lady hands me my first prescription and I was supposed to have two. She said "that's the only one we have ready" when I asked about the second one ....... I asked when the other would be ready and she said after break then proceeded to close the window while I was still there. I can honestly say I have never felt more unwelcome or unwanted anywhere. After my recent experiences I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere after using this pharmacy exclusively for the last 10 years.

Went here yesterday to quickly buy nail glue. The service was fast and very helpful. I was glad I didn't have to wait here too long. Overall, would come back!

If I could give less than a star I would this pharmacy is horrible!Rude pharmacy staff & when I asked for the pharmacy supervisor it was the pharmacist herself that was helping me, very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went straight from doctors office to pick up a script for my sick 18 month old. I was the second person in the drive thru line and waited for at least 5 min before I even saw anything happen with the car in front of me who was pressing the call button. He finally go his scripts and left so I pulled up immediately as my child was screaming this entire time and I wanted to get out ASAP. I see the girl at the window walking away from the window….I see at least two other people chatting and one guy sitting at a computer looked right at me and got out his phone and proceeded to do something on his phone. No one acknowledged me. I pressed the call button. Meanwhile my sick 18 month old is screaming for me. I finally hung my body out of the car and knocked on the window. Completely unacceptable. I used to work at the pharmacy in a CVS. You don’t leave the window when there is a line (there was someone behind me) and you definitely do not make eye contact with someone waiting then proceed to go on your phone.

I completely understanding wanting to get out on time. But my problem is your store hour say that you're open until 10:00. 10 minutes to 10:00 does not mean you lock the door and don't allow anybody in not coming back ever again and it's less than a mile down the road

1st I received individual attention first from the staff Stevan that was busy stocking but stopped & spent a long time helping me with information about the numerous Dry Eye Drops area. Stevan then made 2-3 trips to the Pharmacy to ask questions about my allergic issues with metals , etc & how they are or aren't listed. The pharmacist on duty really gave me info & things I hadn't been aware of that might be bothering my eyes so much I lost money plus wasted not able to continue using those drops. I loved everyone's sincerity! I wasn't able to fill out a survey online surveys are not shown on my email bill . Also the friendly upbeat at check out by Terrance cashier 2132247 Store #8076 #2677 Sept.9 2022 5:48 pm plus the Carepass & CVS coupons saved me $19.92 that day.

last 5 month I’ve been using Shelby store because they had much nicer and knowledgeable people. Unfortunately Shelby store is closed so I decided to stop by this store, to hear this “ we are out of your medicine” and when I asked; which CVS store might have it in stock? The answer was “ this is ILLEGAL, I can’t tell you” ……..The worst pharmacy crew. Prescription is never on time, rude team behind the counter. If you have to deal with CVS try any other branch, might interact with higher quality people.

Brooke was the most helpful employee, she helped me find what I was looking for even though she was busy. It made my shopping experience there a breeze. The self checkout is also very nice to have avaliable knowing they may be short staffed. Will be coming back to this CVS!

I went to CVS for my Covid shots and other Vaccines and medications. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Samar, the pharmacist, and the staff were very kind and attentive to my needs. They made me feel right at home. They answered my questions and were very patient with me. I was really comfortable and pleased with all of my visits. Thanks again.

I really enjoyed my experience at this CVS pharmacy. I had a lot of questions about a new medication and found Samar to be really knowledgable, professional, and approachable. I appreciated that she took the time to go over everything with me and would highly recommend this CVS to anyone looking for a pharmacist they can trust!
