Went here yesterday to quickly buy nail glue. The service was fast and very helpful. I was glad I didn't have to wait here too long. Overall, would come back!

Horrible pharmacy COVID-19 support. Extremely unprofessional staff who answered the phone to my father -- who is elderly and has symptoms of COVID-19. He called concerned he has the virus and was asking questions regarding the testing and the pharmacy was incredibly rude and laughed at his questions. This type of service is never acceptable but it especially concerning in a pandemic when people should feel safe and listened to about their questions regarding getting tested. CVS pharmacy has been a go-to for years, we were both unpleasantly surprised at the poor level of professionalism and service. This is exactly the type of situation that deters people from calling places and asking questions to get tested. Management -- please speak with your staff and train them properly to deal with customers and patients or find new staff.

Picked some medicine and an inhaler for my father-in-law. When I found out that the inhaler was not covered by insurance I asked if it was really needed since he had antibiotics as well. I was told it would help the inflammation helpful by the pharmacists so I took her advice and got it for him. When my father-in-law tried to use if after following the instructions it was stiff and too difficult to push down. I also tried it, but it took a large amount of force to push it down. The product was clearly defective and not working correctly so I tried to return or exchange. So i brought it back to the pharmacy and asked for an exchange or refund. The pharmacist refused and to my surprise got a little loud and angry with me. She stated it was against store policy and would not make exceptions even for a defective product. I will not set foot in this place again there are too many other choices where the pharmacists are at least polite and have some compassion even when they can not return a product because of store policy. Most pharmacies I have been to before will take products back that are defective.

I have always gotten my scripts filled here and needed everything moved to one location. I was getting held out in here and half across town! I called because I was told by the cvs across town that I needed to call THEM to have my scrips moved there. Summer or Sumner who I asked if she was the gal I talked to in the drive through the day before was there today and because I asked her if she had brown hair? I was trying to see if she was the same gal that helped me the night beforeShe called me a racist! No yelled at me I was assuming she had brown hair? What is wrong with this society when a customer is asking for a service and the staff is so overwhelmed or so overworked that they can't just do their job and be polite and helpful. I can take a little bulling but my poor parents and grandparents can not! I will be following up with her higher ups because of course she said she was the manager. I hope so badly this conversation was recorded because she shouldn't be in customer service. I needed service and it was the last thing she wanted to do ....with brown, grey, white or purple hair who cares??? Horrible sad and disgusted with someone who is suppose to be educated and helpful.

Website says they close at 5p.m. I got there couple minutes before that and was told they already closed. Pharmacist was there but wouldn't help because she chose to close the register before 5p.m. I will transfer my prescription to different pharmacy.

Poor management they will follow you around the store and to the parking lot, I had my kids with me the worst cvs I been in.
