Beware! ATMs will take your money. Customer service will not be helpful. Employees are rude and frankly have no idea what they are doing without their manager present. Go in here and expect to leave disappointed and confused. Shelby Chase is far better. Save your time and sanity.

I went to five locations & called corporate & the auto loan department requesting a lien to be signed off on a car that's been paid off for 16 years they failed to send a lien release cost me $380 to rent a car. Told me the lien release was in the mail 3 weeks ago do yourself a favor and go to a friendly Credit Union where the members are owners

I went to five locations & called corporate & the auto loan department requesting a lien to be signed off on a car that's been paid off for 16 years they failed to send a lien release cost me $380 to rent a car. Told me the lien release was in the mail 3 weeks ago do yourself a favor and go to a friendly Credit Union where the members are owners

Horrible customer service!! Went in to open a student checking account with my daughter and was basically told they have no time for us and that we needed to make an appointment. The older blonde haired (bob style) woman helping people with accounts was rude and disrespectful, not just to me and my daughter, but to her fellow co-workers. I didn’t get her name and truly didn’t care to after her hostile tone. If I was your boss, I would have fired you on the spot!! Shame on you!!! Hope your life gets better and karma catches up to you. ?

I tried calling but no one would pick up, so I drove in. When I pulled up the parking lot was pretty empty. I could see no line inside, so I tried calling again. No one picked up. So I walked in and was helped right away, although was informed that there was no notary available. I told the employee that I tried calling in advance but no one answered. I was told that they can’t pick up when they are busy with customers.

Awful branch, and I’ve been a chase member for 15 years. I tried calling four times and they didn’t pick up a single time. I set up an appointment online and they didn’t call to follow up for details either, which the tool said they would. They also didn’t call when we didn’t show up for the appointment (because why would we if they didn’t follow up?). Go to the branch on Crooks Road - they responded to us promptly and answered all of our questions very professionally.

The people there just helped me with a very frustrating situation and made it much easier. Sorry for forgetting your name, but the one lady remembered my name and even asked the next day how it went, very nice :)
