I've taken my cat here a handful of times and have had excellent service, the staff always treats my cat so well and loves on her every time , I visited two weeks ago and have had two follow up calls to check on her, they truly care for their patients

I finally found a veterinarian who works with cats only, I think this is only fair for our fur babies My husband and I were so scared of taking our youngest baby Esmeralda to be spayed. However, Dr. Sloan and her team were very assuring and comforting. Being traumatized with many losses during the last few years, I was beyond fearful. I think I called many times before the day of the surgery, and during the surgery . Andrew and the Staff were so patient, went through details more than once. Dr. Sloan called me once the surgery is over with the great news of Esmeralda doing great after the surgery and called again the following day. We can't guarantee how well our fur babies respond to treatment, but having a caring, comforting Vet and staff is priceless. The Empathy and understanding Dr. Sloan and team showed was beyond my expectations and restored my faith in humanity.

I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.

Through the years Dr Sloan has cared for 3 of my cats. From surgies to prescription refills & records requests. Cat care has proven to be an outstanding clinic. Extremely Caring, efficient & knowledgable staff always reading to go above & beyond offering the best care possible.

Cat Care of Rochester Hills is my go to vet for my three cats. They take the best care of them and are always friendly and honest with their assessments of them. They aren’t pushy; they simply explain their findings, give estimates of what the procedure(s) cost, and let me decide what I want to do. I have NEVER had a bad experience with my cats and I’m there a minimum of three times per year.

Dr. T and team are amazing. From the moment you walk to the moment you walk out. The techs are patient and handle my fur baby as if she was theirs. Dr. T gives every option for treatment and unless needed, she doesn’t push for any high dollar testing.

I do not have enough good things to say about Cat Care and the entire team at this cat-only veterinary practice. Their expertise, care and compassion for the cats they treat is unmatched.I found Cat Care shortly after I moved to Rochester Hills during the height of the pandemic. My senior cat Tuxie had just been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and it felt very overwhelming. I feel so fortunate that they were accepting new kitty patients during that time.I was able to manage Tuxie’s CKD for two whole years before we had to say goodbye. There is no way I would have been able to do this without their extremely knowledgeable, responsive and wonderful team. Thanks to Cat Care, we had more time together and that is something I’ll forever be grateful for.Dr. Hunt, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Sloan all played critical parts in this, along with all of the wonderful Vet Techs and front desk team members - too many to name, but please know I appreciate you all immensely.Tuxie’s final visit a few months ago was extremely heartbreaking, but the compassion and love that myself and my beloved best friend were shown, helped in an indescribable way, meant so very much to me and left a lasting impression.Since then, we have adopted two new kitties into our family. I would never dream of taking them anywhere else. I know without a shadow of doubt that we will always receive the very best and most compassionate care at Cat Care.THANK YOU to everyone at this incredible practice!If you are in search of a vet for your kitty, look no further. Our cat Daisy died a few years ago of heart failure. This vet showed no concern for it. Their only concern was the negative rating I put up on their website. My rating was removed and I am just putting it back up to show the public this vet has almost perfect ratings because they remove negative reviews. Don’t trust them. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and they will shift blame. They have a toxic work environment that blame shifts and denies. I don’t trust them. We haven’t been back. I don’t really care about your replies. Thank you

Cat Care of Rochester Hills, Michigan provides excellent care for cats at reasonable prices. The Staff and the Veterinarians are very competent and thoroughly explain diagnosis and treatment to pet owners.

Cat Care is the best bet for cats. The staff is kind, accommodating, and treat your pet as if were their own. We have had our cat cared for by Cat Care for nearly a decade. We have always been pleased with their work and continued support.

This place is the absolute best vet for kitties. We love it there. They take so much care with each patient, and clearly love what they do. The office even has feliway-infused towels you can drape over kitty’s carrier to help calm them down. (Naturally my cats don’t love going to any vet, but Dr. Sloane and the rest of the staff make everything as cat-centered and painless as possible!)I’m sure they are booked way up, but they’re also worth the wait!
