“Shoutout to Julio, a manager at Jax Car Wash in Rochester Hills, for his incredible customer service! I went there for a wash and found out they don’t accept cash—it’s card only. If you want to use cash, you have to buy a gift card. I arrived just after 5 PM, when the lobby had already closed, but Julio kindly opened the door for me at 5:03 PM to help.
Instead of having me buy a gift card, Julio went above and beyond by giving me a coupon for a free “Everything Exterior” wash! If that’s not exceptional customer service, I don’t know what is. It’s small gestures like these that can completely brighten a tough day.
Thank you, Julio and the team at Jax Car Wash! One suggestion though—adding Apple Pay would make the experience even more convenient!”

“One of the few area self service car washes that is well maintained and works as it should. Wash the underside of your vehicle every spring to remove the salt, and you won't have a rust problem, even in Michigan. If you're ambitious, wash under the hood as well, taking care to avoid the air intake, engine computer, and fuse box - the sticky plastic food wrap provides good protection. Pro tip: start with the soap spray and move directly to the wax spray, eliminating the intermediate rinse step.”

“Fantastic car wash. My family and I have used this car wash for years. The owner consistently greets you with a smile and does a fantastic job pre-scrubbing the road grime and bugs from our vehicles. (Trips up north often involve dirt roads.) Hand dry at the end and free vacuums all at a great price. They also frequently offer a booklet of wash coupons making the price per wash even less.”

“Premier Auto Wash I feel is the best car wash in town. I'm a person who loves hand washing my cars. I normally don't take my cars through automatic car washes for fear of getting them scratched up. I decided to come to Premier Auto Wash during this winter season. I am very impressed with how well they got my cars cleaned and NO scratches. I was so impressed that I decided to get the $29.99 plan. I still will hand wash my cars, but I now have another option to count on if I decide not to hand wash. Thank You Premier Auto Wash for having a GREAT car wash along with nice workers. Also everyone don't forget to TIP those worker. When that cold winter wind is coming through that bay door and those guys are pre rinsing your vehicle I know they would appreciate those tips.”

“I was ride my motorcycle in that area and stop by speedway get some gas. Unfortunately my motorcycle battery died when I’m ready to takeoff. I was stuck the gas station.The Ryan Road Auto located right behind the gas station. The owner John and his friend bring the tools and come for help jumpstart my bike. They save my day and didn’t even ask anything payback this is first time we meet each other! I was desperate and those great people helping me are really warm my heart! I’m pretty handy guy and always do the car work by myself(save money?) but I will come to this place to changing my oil or something else next time! The good and honest people will run the business right!”

“I had spilled a full cup of cold brew coffee all over my driver seat, floor, and center consul area. I called around to a few car washes and no one would take me without an appointment. I found this location on Google and spoke to Derek (the manager). Without any hesitation, he took my truck in and deep cleaned it right away even though it was about to storm outside. The car wash typically closes in rain conditions. I drove out of my way because Derek said I could come in and they would handle the coffee spill. I was so happy to see that he personally deep cleaned my car and I got it back spotless! I will definitely make the drive to this location moving forward because of the genuine care Derek and his staff put into my truck.”
“Al's is a gem in the Rochester area, although I think it has a different name now (Mr T's). Decent prices, and they have some fairly up-to-date equipment that does a very good job. The best thing very thorough hand-drying, to include application of the tire shine. They make sure to get all the surfaces so your tires look primo.”

“Last time I took my car to get detailed (at another company), they did a great job of removing most of the dog hair but there was still a decent amount left. This time, I took it to Maximus Auto Detailing and they were able to remove all of the dog hair, even in extremely hard to reach areas! Mind you, I have a dog that sheds all year long and the amount of dog hair is no joke to say the least.Everything else was clean and up to my standards as well. I even had a special request of removing some adhesive off the back window and they were able to do that pretty easily without tacking an additional fees.I will 100% be using Maximus in the future.Service: Auto detailing”
