Not helpful at all and quite rude. Called to get a quote on some lumber. Was told that it would be no problem on the phone. After I e-mailed my plan to them they responded via e-mail, "I feel I would be wasting my time doing anything on this." I called back and was assured they could help me. After waiting another day I recieved another e-mail. "I WAS INFORMED BY MY BOSS TO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS." (caps theirs) So not only did they not help me but they also wasted my time. Very unimpressed, I will taking my business elsewhere in the future.EDIT: Thanks for responding 11 years later, LOL.

Tried getting a quote on a railing but never got the information- the person we worked with was rude and did not prioritize helping us at all.

I went into the showroom to get a quote on pressure treated 2x6 and ground contact 6x6. The "salesman" (if you can call him that) was very unfriendly, i.e. he seemed bothered by my questions and annoyed with my presence. He gave me the quotes I wanted, but he made me feel very unwelcome. I will do what I can to avoid this lumber yard in the future.

I have a retractable screened in porch that has snapped and no longer works. I spoke to someone back in November and was told they would be in contact and the part should take two weeks. Called again about a month later and they were on a job site upnorth to call back the next day, no answer. I have called and left voicemails and still have not heard from them. It is mid January…. Horrible.Side note since this is the company that was used other companies will not come out and fix it so I am stuck with the issue. So when I have to reconstruct the whole porch I will definitely not be using them.

Been shopping there for years, was a little rough at first because as a business you get a lot of fly by night contractors that are more into a fast buck than doing it right, So as my self stated karma grew so did my reputation and respect with all businesses including this one, I think they should pay more attention to their yard help and they will have permanent help but that's my personal thoughts and if the owner is interested I'd share them personally, life goes on and that door revolves, either way, they have what others don't in quality and quantity, much appreciated.

I'm a contractor and had several decks I needed railing quotes for. Emailed over the list to Ron. Never heard back. Emailed after 1 month and he replied back saying in his 52 years he had never seen such an extensive list to quote. So to him that means don't ever respond. Emailed his boss that he thought this was acceptable to do to a possible client. His boss never responded. If you want actual service go elsewhere.
