Awesome staff! We stopped at 5 pm on a Friday and we're greeted with smiles and great service. They even offered to stay late for us so we could run home and choose a color. When we got back the paint was mixed and waiting for us. The best service I've experienced in a long time! Thank you!

After trying to buy paint at Ace Hardware (just don't) and getting no help despite bringing the cans and with the codes still on them I gave up and went to an actual paint store, The guys at Benjamin Moore were awesome! They totally knew what they were doing and matched my paint quickly (using the codes that stymied the Ace guy). Ace lost a customer and Benjamin Moore just gained one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I never heard of the outlet store but found it in a google search. I saw something that I needed and was at a significant savings if I ordered from regular store. I placed the order even though I never heard of them and was assuming it would take a while to prepare for shipping and to get it to me. To my surprise, I received an email with shipping label within a couple hours and received the package in 1 day. I was so surprised and extremely happy.

I have been coming here since they first opened, about 5 years ago.I've been painting the interior of my small 100 year old home with plaster wall; So, I went to my favorite paint store, Benjamin Moore - Paint Outlet, on Crooks, Rochester Hills location.I always have a personalized service. They are attentive, listen to my questions and make comments and suggestions. I was overwhelmed trying to pick out colors for a whole house. I have nothing but high praise for these friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales people. Its hard to find that combination and quality in people and customer service nowadays."Rocking Rick" and "Kool Karen". They always make my visits easy and painless by helping me narrow down, the colors choices and which finishes I should use.

I always get the best advice from this store. From staining to painting to color selection. Today was an incredible learning experience for me. KD showed me how to create a good line between wall and ceiling by using the right brush and technique. No taping. She showed me several times, let me try it, then let me video her demo for use at home. Amazing!

Jesse was so resourceful and patient with me this morning. The woman who mixed the paint (I forgot her name) was also really friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about paint colors and after going home and looking at my sample boards throughout the day in different light, and now I feel 100% confident about my decision (nimbus gray for the win!).
