I purchased two matching Palliser recliners after viewing all the beautiful leather seating available.After the furniture was delivered I noticed a small issue and I called the store and spoke to Martin. I sent photos and explained what the problem was. Martin came out to my home himself and fixed the issue to my complete satisfaction. Not too many furniture company's offer the quick customer service that Be Seated Leather Furniture offers after the furniture is delivered and paid for.The Furniture quality is beautiful with lovely stitching and color. The after care guarantee was a big plus for me when making my purchase.Be Seated Leather Furniture cares about their customers and the manager, Martin, will make sure you are completely satisfied. I am a customer for life now.

I really wanted to buy a couple of couches from this place but Martin talked me out of it. He made an offensive joke about me asking how I got my “white” name when I’m clearly not white. I didn’t find it funny but he certainly did.I asked about a specific couch in the showroom but Martin walked me around trying to sell me every other setup he had. When I finally got him to focus on the couches I was actually interested in, he gave me a different price and options than he gave my wife a few days earlier.I had blank check expecting to spend around $10k and he talked me out of buying anything.

Great couches and recliners! The leather is so durable, and the stitching is great. As soon as I felt the quality I knew I had to purchase some pieces of my own. My family is still using theirs, and it’s well over 10 years ago looking like new. Now I finally have my own! Also the staff has done me right the whole way through. Communications with my delivers and questions from out of state were so helpful. Thanks Martin and Be safe Leather!

Really poor customer service. Very difficult to get the couch fixed after it was damaged during delivery.Quality of the couch is subpar.

VERY pleased with our custom sectional. It is absolutely the most comfortable couch we have ever sat on and is much higher quality than any of the other leather furniture we saw around town.

These people act like used car salesmen. My furniture was damaged during delivery and they have done nothing to repair it. The sofa is such poor quality that one arm rest has broken away from the seating area after two weeks of use. Be very careful before giving these people thousands of dollars. Buying furniture here is one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

Martin was very friendly and informative. We bought 2 couches and have been very pleased with the quality. Also, the program for parts and repair is worth getting. One of the USB outlets didn't work upon delivery, but it was replaced quickly without any issue.

Customer service: He is very good and helpful. He explained the construction and what offered the best support for my large frame. We were also kept informed with the delivery. There are plenty of options in configurations and softness. We opted for firm. Good-Now that we have had the recliner chair and recliner sofa for a minute, both with lumbar support, we are glad to say the firmness is still there. Crazy recline for a good sleep when tired. Only drawback is the lower support between the threw seats with lumbar support feels different.

1st all I'd like to say Martin had the patience of a Saint to put up with me trying to figure which couch I'd like best. I love my new couch! It's beautiful! Soft! Comfortable and very well made! I purchased my couch from Be Seated Leather back in Aug 2020. I have always wanted a leather couch, so why not go somewhere local! I walked in and Martin helped me pick out the best couch for me. He had me list all of my wants/needs with a couch. He had me test out all the different options and I feel as though we made a customized couch just for ME! I love it! Then recently, I had a mishap with my couch. I called him up and he pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed! If you are looking for great customer service and a couch made in the USA! Check them out, you won't be disappointed! I would ask for Martin. :)
