Absolutely god awful service. Side bar gab sessions while customers wait. Or nobody to help you. Moved every Account to annother bank except this last one. Now I remember why. Same story every single time.

I honestly don’t know why there is so many bad reviews this was one of the best Bank of Americas I been to. The ladies were super friendly and engaging and I came in right before close didn’t feel as if I was an issue.Super friendly, cleanI had 3 ladies interact with me but only got the names of Michelle and Linda ♥️

The assistant manager was the rudest person I've ever met. She refused to help me even though I have a business account there. She would not let me use the notary service and sent me to a bank where I have a personal account even though the document I needed notarized was for my Bank of America account!!!In addition, I went to this location specifically for their notary service and they had BOTH notaries on lunch at the same time so no one was even available for an hour for this! Terrible planning....I went to the Lake Orion location and they were great and were able to help me with everything I needed.

They will have side conversations with each other and ignore you as a customer. I am a small business owner and need to be in and out. I get ignored, and they will have customers fill out deposit slips instead of pull customers who are ready, particularly Joanne. I will be closing my accounts end of the quarter.

Luma was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable! She treated me and my elderly father like royalty. Answered all of our questions and took care of all of our banking needs. I will only deal with her from now on, 5 star service!!!!

Was going to do a vehicle transaction so I needed cash went to one location which was closed looked on the map and found many locations closed. Went to this location and they told me I could only take out $2000.I've been with Bank of America nearly 20 years I'm going to start looking for another bank.

Needed an urgent banker help, after going to many branches and told me they are booked and they cant help me, I called this brunch and this professional woman named” Luma” answered the phone and after telling her my situation she was able to squeeze me in and saved my day!!! Not only that she was very nice, friendly, and very professional!! Cant thank her enough.

My sister went to get some money taken out by Marzan Choumy not sure about spelling close enough, she was unprofessional and extremely rude had an attitude for no reason. If you don't like your job go somewhere else where you don't have to communicate with others. Her coworker asked if she was ok and she told her coworker I will tell you later. She was annoyed because she had to redo something she did wrong.

Many Bank of America branches closed many months ! Chase and ,cıtızen banks are and many bank open ,thats ok they are brave but,but ,but ı called that branch to talk by phone ,automatıc servıce told me WAİT please ,when ı was waiting they hang up automatıcally,bank of America that area ,lazy , rude and they do not care customer ı m sad because ı lıke bank of america it is my bank .ım sorry
